There are many hidden dangers in the children’s play area of shopping malls: it is difficult to refund in advance if the play area is not disinfected.

Nowadays, Beijing is at the turn of winter and spring, and the climatic characteristics of windy sand and smog make it a headache for many parents to go out. Children’s play areas in shopping malls, which are not affected by the weather and parents can have a place to rest, have therefore become a popular choice for "Liuwa". However, is the children’s play area in the shopping mall really safe and reliable? Beijing Youth Daily reporter recently visited a number of children’s play areas and found that the beautiful children’s play areas actually hide many problems, such as health and safety hazards, and the fees are not low, but there are also problems such as irregular fees.

The site is littered with scraps of paper and dust

"Disinfection" is only wiped with a mop

When reporters from Beiqing Daily visited children’s playgrounds in several shopping malls in recent days, they found that many children’s playgrounds do have health hazards. Most children’s play areas require children and adults to wear socks, but in the playground, Beiqing Daily reporter saw many children running around barefoot. Even if parents and children wear socks as required, sometimes there will be unpleasant odor, which is more obvious when the weather is hot.

Ms. Ran, who lives near Xihongmen in the South Fifth Ring Road, told the reporter of Beiqing Daily that she once took her children to play in the children’s play area of a nearby shopping mall. The white socks that the children had just worn when they went out were covered with dust after only playing in them for two hours. "Although it didn’t completely turn black, it turned into a very obvious taupe." Ms. Ran said that she also found large pieces of paper scraps, fruit shells and other garbage in the corner of the amusement area. Since this experience, she always takes disinfectant with her every time she takes her children to play in the amusement area.

In addition, although most children’s play areas require children under the age of two to wear diapers, the reporter of Beiqing Daily found that no one asked or checked whether the children wore diapers when they entered. Not only that, the reporter of Beiqing Daily also saw with his own eyes that some children wet the ocean ball while playing in it, but the accompanying parents just took the child away and cleaned it, and did not inform the waiter to clean up the urine on the ocean ball.

However, when the reporter of Beiqing Daily asked the person in charge of a children’s play area near Tiantongyuan whether the play facilities and equipment would be cleaned every day, the answer was yes. "We clean and disinfect every day and have records."

However, in fact, the reporter of Beiqing Daily observed many times that the so-called equipment was clean, but only a few employees took a big mop and simply wiped the appearance of the children’s climbing area. Not only was there no further disinfection, but even the equipment did not enter.

Subsequently, the reporter of Beiqing Daily consulted a manufacturer specializing in the production of children’s amusement facilities as a merchant. Its customer service staff said that indoor amusement equipment needs to be cleaned regularly. Regarding the question of whether regular cleaning means hiring someone, and how to clean up the ocean balls with so many numbers, its customer service staff said that manufacturers have special cleaning machines for sale, but most businesses have not bought them, suggesting that "you can simply clean them yourself there".

The facilities are marked for children only.

  Parents climb without being discouraged.

In the children’s play area, all the equipment is clearly marked: no adult riding. However, in children’s playgrounds, there are not a few adults chasing children to climb in the climbing area, trample in the bubble area and trampling on the trampoline.

"Children’s play facilities are only for children’s play. Please don’t stay on children’s equipment for a long time." In the children’s play area of a large shopping mall in the East Third Ring Road, the radio is playing a similar message, but many parents still turn a deaf ear and slide down the children’s slide with their children in their arms. In the crawling area made of bandages, many parents also climbed with their children.

Facing the scene of parents and children crawling on the amusement facilities together, although the staff of the playground stood by, they chose to turn a blind eye and did not go forward to dissuade them. When the reporter of Beiqing Daily consulted the staff, the other party said: "We can only remind them as much as possible. This mainly depends on the parents’ own consciousness."

Can children’s equipment be used by adults? A manufacturer of amusement facilities told the reporter of Beiqing Daily that the load-bearing capacity of children’s amusement facilities is limited. Adults are overweight and often climb on them, which will accelerate the aging and damage of facilities, leading to a significant increase in the probability of accidents. For example, for some children’s crossing facilities with bandages, the gap between bandages will become larger when adults use them many times, and the risk of children getting stuck or falling will also increase. According to the production requirements, adults can’t use children’s amusement facilities.

"The child is too young to follow, and it is not safe if it gets stuck." Ms. Sun, a citizen who crawled along the narrow aisle with her little grandson, said that she actually didn’t want to crawl around with her children, but there was no special person in the playground to help guide and care for the children. For the safety of the children, she could only climb with them.

The per capita charge is nearly 100 yuan.

  Pre-paid card withdrawal encountered difficulties.

The reporter of Beiqing Daily found that the consumption of children’s play areas is not low. There are two main ways to consume children’s play areas in shopping malls: one-time consumption and membership card recharge consumption. The charging standard for a single consumption is generally around 80 yuan, and the expensive one can reach 200 or even 300 yuan. After recharging the membership card of the children’s amusement park, most consumers can enjoy certain discounts. On average, the cheap ones cost nearly 100 yuan each time.

In the list of the top 12 amusement parks in Chaoyang District Children’s Paradise popularity list listed on a review website, the most expensive amusement park is 386 yuan per capita, and the cheapest one is 122 yuan per capita. For example, there is a children’s play area suitable for children aged 2 -3 on the third floor of INDIGO. The weekend ticket price is 120 yuan, limited to two hours, and the package ticket to 550 yuan is six times.

At the same time, the merchants are very casual about the formulation of consumption rules. Because children love riding the merry-go-round, Ms. Liu applied for recharging 500 yuan’s membership card in a children’s amusement park near lishuiqiao, and she can enjoy about 20% discount every time she rides.

However, because the recharge is carried out by purchasing game coins, Ms. Liu was told that once the game coins are purchased, they will not be refunded. A few days ago, when Ms. Liu took her children on a Trojan horse, she found that the ticket office of the playground posted a notice that the recharge of the month must be completed before the end of the month. "If you change it, you will change it, and no one will inform you at all. If I hadn’t seen it myself, I might have expired and didn’t know it!" Ms. Liu said.

In addition, the difficulty of card withdrawal is also a major drawback of shopping malls and playgrounds being vomited by many mothers. Ms. Qian, a citizen, told the reporter of Beiqing Daily about her experience. At the end of last year, the children’s play area in a shopping mall in the fourth ring road in the northwest had a situation where the recharge could not be refunded after the merchant changed hands. "At that time, we went to the shopping mall theory, but the shopping mall said that the announcement had been posted before, and the responsibility of reminding was fulfilled. The stored value card refund had to go to the merchant." She said that because there was not much money left in the card, the matter was finally dropped.

The reporter of Beiqing Daily found out that it is not uncommon to have a similar problem of card withdrawal. According to media reports, at the end of 2018, a consumer set up a membership card worth 1,500 yuan in Youyoutang, Harmony Square in Ginza, but after only two or three times, the store suddenly closed, and it was impossible to contact the merchant for a refund. Previously, Youyoutang in Beijing Xihongmen Gathering Center and Youyoutang in Cuiwei Kaide mall closed their stores in this way. Text/reporter Zhao Tingting

  extend

There is a regulatory gap in indoor children’s playgrounds.

Children’s amusement facilities are not only used in large quantities, but also easily bitten by children when playing, so the quality of facilities and equipment and regular cleaning and disinfection become very important. However, the reporter of Beiqing Daily learned that the health problems of children’s parks in shopping malls seem to face "three no matter", but only the merchants are conscious.

China’s "Regulations on Hygiene Management of Public Places" clearly stipulates that 28 kinds of places in 7 categories will be regulated, but indoor children’s playgrounds are not included, which makes its hygiene management lack a clear basis. In terms of actual supervision, shopping malls generally only ask for the fire safety of playgrounds, but pay little attention to health and other issues, and few health departments do on-the-spot supervision and inspection of indoor children’s playgrounds.

In addition to health problems, the safety supervision of children’s playgrounds in shopping malls is also facing the same dilemma. It is understood that most amusement places in shopping malls have both small amusement facilities and electronic amusement equipment, which are often neither purely cultural and entertainment places nor sports and fitness places in nature, and the subject of supervision is not clear, so there is a lack of clear mandatory safety standards.

According to China’s "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment", the quality supervision department is only responsible for supervising the safety of large amusement facilities, such as roller coasters. However, small children’s amusement equipment such as ocean balls, slides and climbing are not within the scope of special equipment marked by the Special Equipment Safety Law.

According to industry insiders, the supervision of children’s playgrounds in shopping malls requires the joint efforts of many departments, including the supervision of equipment production and sales, as well as the inspection and supervision of operators. Only by coordinated management of various departments can the health and safety of children’s playgrounds be ensured.

"Water Cube" turned into "Ice Cube" to welcome the first curling competition.

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, December 8th Title: "Water Cube" turned into "Ice Cube" to welcome the first curling competition.

Xinhua News Agency reporter Ji Ye Zhang Xiao Wang Yong

From 3 to 8 December, the China Youth Curling Open kicked off at the National Aquatics Center. After a year of "water-ice conversion", the "Water Cube" finally turned into an "ice cube" and ushered in the first curling competition. At the same time, in the ice sports venues of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics, it was the first to complete the Olympic standard ice making work.

After the successful bid for the Winter Olympics, Water Cube innovatively proposed "water-ice conversion" and "ice-water two-wheel drive". By building a movable and convertible ice rink, water sports venues can realize the functions of ice sports venues.

As the first winter Olympic stadium in the world to build a curling track in the swimming pool, it is necessary to test the transformation project of "water-ice conversion". Although this week’s events seem ordinary, they actually undertake important tasks.

The double Olympic venues are showing their mettle.

The reporter saw in the "Ice Cube" that the swimming pool of the 2008 Olympic Games has now become a curling venue for four standard tracks. Curling teenagers focus on throwing and rubbing ice, and the audience cheers for the game. This double-Olympic venue is beginning to show its heroic spirit.

Yang Qiyong, general manager of the National Swimming Center, said that the core of the competition facilities consists of ice making system, dehumidification system, air conditioning system, sports lighting system and control system. After a series of careful research and development, the "Water Cube" Olympic Project has successively completed the production and processing of large-scale equipment and facilities, on-site pipeline construction, and the installation of large-scale equipment since December 26, 2018. One month before the start of the competition, the facilities were debugged and put into trial operation.

Curling is one of the most demanding events for ice making and ice quality in all winter Olympic ice events. Ice-making in the competition is completed by a professional ice maker appointed by the World Curling Federation. After six days of actual combat, the "Ice Cube" curling ground has achieved "no deformation, no cracking and no condensation on the ice". The venue operation team ensures that the temperature and humidity of the stadium are within the requirements of the competition. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to referees, team leaders, players and spectators, and timely feedback and handling were made.

On December 8th, Yu Han (second from left), a first-team athlete from Shanghai, threw a pot in the women’s curling final of China Youth Open. Xinhua News Agency reporter Yan Huanzong photo

Feedback from all parties works well.

During the competition, the general contractor, the equipment supplier, the design unit, the supervision unit and the scientific research team controlled the site environment all the time. The site team and the ice maker collected a lot of data, including the ice surface temperature, the control of machinery and equipment, the indoor and outdoor air temperature, humidity and wind speed. After the competition, the research team will quickly sort out these data and form a series of special reports. According to these reports, the ice maker will sort out the final opinions, which will be evaluated and judged by the World Curling Federation.

Ogawa Kazuhe, director of the World Curling Federation, said: "The mobile rink will be used for the first time in the curling competition of the Winter Olympics. This mobile rink system is very successful from the test competition."

Hans, who has participated in the ice-making work in curling venues of the Winter Olympics many times, said: "This is an Olympic-level track, and all athletes dream of competing here. Although this is the first time that the mobile ice surface has been used in Olympic venues, its performance can be said to be perfect. "

Jin Zhishan, a South Korean curling star who led the Shanghai team, said: "I have played many international competitions, and I feel that it is similar to the World Championships and Winter Olympics venues, and the ice quality is very good." Japanese team coach Yuji Watanabe said that Japanese players enjoyed the game here.

Liu Jinli, curling coach and former world champion of Heilongjiang Ice Training Center, said that curling can be clearly felt when it is rotated inside and outside, and the flatness of this field is very good. Li Zhixia, a contestant from Beijing Chen Jinglun Middle School, said that the ice surface of the "Ice Cube" is very helpful to improve my competition results.

"Ice-water dual drive" focuses on the future

The competition lasted for 6 days, and 10 young men and 10 women competed fiercely on the brand-new ice of "Olympic standard". In the end, Japan’s Sapporo team won the first place in the men’s group and Jilin Province won the first place in the women’s group. The competition attracted more than 10 thousand people to watch the game, and the peak number of people watching the game in a single game reached more than 2,600.

In the venue, some simulated skiing experience games attracted many children to participate. Swimming, fitness and water recreation parks are also open as usual, truly achieving "ice and water two-wheel drive". During the renovation, the venue also hosted the opening ceremony of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Under the situation that there is a shortage of ice operation talents in China, the National Aquatics Center adopts the mode of cooperation between enterprises and schools to set up an "ice-making talent order class" to train ice-making and ice operation and maintenance talents in advance for the future development of the venue. In this competition, students from the order class participated in the whole process, from laying ice pipes before the competition, making ice and pouring ice, to maintaining the ice surface during the competition. At the scene, I got the personal demonstration and hands-on guidance from international ice makers.

It is reported that Olympic-quality curling venues will be used for mass experience and popularization of curling events for a period of time after December 9. The renovation project of the curling venue of the National Swimming Center will be completed in the middle of next year to welcome the curling test of the Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games in early 2021.

Beijing Radio and Television Station Winter Olympics Documentary Channel and Ultra HD Video (Beijing) Production Technology Collaborative Center conducted an 8K broadcast test for the first match and the men’s and women’s finals. This is also the first time in China to conduct an 8K broadcast test for winter events. The live events will be broadcast on Beijing Radio and Television Station Winter Olympics Documentary Channel on December 14th and 15th.

The competition was hosted by the Winter Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration and the China Curling Association, and was undertaken by the Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau, the Chaoyang District Government of Beijing and the National Aquatics Center, with the support of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee.

Struggle and glory, sweat and tears, surprise and emotion … Hangzhou Asian Games let the world see such China.

On October 8th, the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou ended in a closing ceremony full of Chinese romance and warmth. In the past 16 days, more than 10,000 athletes from 45 countries and regions in Asia fought bravely in Hangzhou. It can be said that Hangzhou has dedicated a sports event with "China characteristics, Asian elegance and splendor" to the world.

What are the highlights of the closing ceremony impressive? What new breakthroughs have been made in this Asian Games? As the largest Asian Games in history, with the largest number of events and the widest coverage, what kind of China did the world see through this window of the Hangzhou Asian Games?

Initiating "CNC Lawn" and Creating "the Most Beautiful Garden" of Lotus and Guangxi Symbiosis

At the closing ceremony of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, many wonderful moments left a deep impression on everyone, especially the carnival, in which athletes, volunteers and actors sang and danced happily in the symbiotic garden of lotus and Guangxi, and said goodbye to each other, was grand and full of vitality. How did this "most beautiful garden" come into being? Let’s listen to the introduction of the creative team ↓ ↓

The director group installed more than 40,000 LED luminous points on the lawn of the main stadium of the closing ceremony with a spacing of about 40 cm. In the closing ceremony of the Asian Games, CNC lawn combined with real-time virtual reality enhancement, huge screen and other technologies presented the romantic garden effect of lotus flowers and osmanthus flowers. Athletes, volunteers and actors danced and sang in the carnival atmosphere, showing a touching farewell scene.

Sha Xiaolan, general director of the closing ceremony of Hangzhou Asian Games:Lotus is the most representative in Hangzhou in summer. Wherever you go to the West Lake, there are lotus flowers everywhere. Moreover, the quality of lotus also has a good meaning, upward, out of mud but not stained. Osmanthus fragrans is the flower of Hangzhou. At the closing ceremony, it is the best time to bloom. We just want to combine these two kinds of flowers, which is called lotus-laurel symbiosis.

Combining the lotus and osmanthus flowers with great morphological differences, the director team used the power of artificial intelligence design, and after dozens of editions of polishing, modification and demonstration, it finally presented a beautiful garden with lotus and osmanthus shining together at the closing ceremony.

Digital Torch Man Showing Warm Moment

The digital torch bearer "Runner", who appeared at the opening ceremony of the Hangzhou Asian Games, appeared again at the closing ceremony to witness the extinction of the main torch of the Asian Games with everyone on the scene. At the closing ceremony, the "frolic in the waves" moved many people with their tender gesture and farewell look back.

At the opening ceremony of the Asian Games in Hangzhou, the "Digital Torch Man", gathered from the digital torch relay attended by more than 100 million people, came high with the torch and lit the main torch tower of "Qianjiang Tide" with the last torchbearer, which left a deep impression on the audience. This time, in the closing ceremony, the director team also continued the design of "Digital Torch Man", and witnessed the extinction of the main torch tower of Hangzhou Asian Games with all the audience and actors on the scene with warm heart-to-heart action.

Yan Li, virtual visual director of the closing ceremony of Hangzhou Asian Games;Looking back at the torch platform is a classic action in the whole process, which is to let the real person’s emotions make him look back at the torch platform and then reluctantly leave the Asian Games. I also tried and filmed many times and finally chose an action.

At the closing ceremony, "Digital Torchbearer" made a warm appearance under the name of "Runner". In order to name the "Digital Torchbearer", Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee launched the "Digital Torchbearer" name campaign and conducted two rounds of evaluation and discussion from tens of thousands of collected names, and finally "trendsetter" stood out.

Sha Xiaolan, general director of the closing ceremony of Hangzhou Asian Games:We think that since this figure has a name, it also has life. From our inner feelings, it is it that runs into the night sky. When it came, it was a gathering, and more than 100 million participants formed this digital person. It turned into a starry sky, which means that it returned to the hearts of every participant. This is an ending, the audience can think, it ran to the night sky and then ran to the next Asian Games. I think there are at least two kinds of imagination and two kinds of development space.

Breaking records frequently and creating new glory of Asian sports

The surprise and emotion brought by the Asian Games will remain in our memory forever, in the memory of Hangzhou and in the memory of the history of the Asian Games. During the 16 days when the Asian Games flame burned, more than 10,000 athletes from 45 countries and regions in Asia made breakthroughs again and again, creating high-light moments in their lives and creating new highs for Asian sports. This Asian Games has broken the world record for 15 times, the Asian record for 37 times and the Asian Games record for 170 times.

The China sports delegation, which topped the gold medal list of the Asian Games, performed particularly well, winning 201 gold medals, 111 silver medals and 71 bronze medals, with a total of 383 medals. This is the best performance of the China sports delegation in the history of participating in the Asian Games, and it is also the 11th time that they have topped the gold medal list of the Asian Games.

China sports delegation won gold medals in 45 disciplines, medals in 57 disciplines, broke the world record for three times, broke the Asian record for 18 times and broke the Asian Games record for 74 times. Most of the events had excellent performances and outstanding highlights. Traditional advantageous events such as diving and gymnastics have consolidated their advantages, while the China sports delegation has performed well in basic sports such as track and field, swimming and water sports. Among them, swimming won a total of 28 gold medals, and the total number of gold medals reached a record high. Track and field won 19 gold medals, the largest number of gold medals since the Hiroshima Asian Games in 1994. In addition, in skateboarding, rock climbing, equestrian and other events, the China team also achieved a breakthrough of zero gold medal in the Asian Games.

Zhou Jinqiang, Deputy Head of China Sports Delegation:Among the 201 gold medals won by the China sports delegation in the Hangzhou Asian Games, 144 were Olympic gold medals, accounting for 72%. Nineteen events of water polo, hockey, tennis, boxing, synchronized swimming, sailing, archery and modern pentathlon were qualified for the Paris Olympic Games at the Hangzhou Asian Games, while 13 events of swimming and 1 event of track and field met the entry standards of the Paris Olympic Games at the Hangzhou Asian Games.

Take stock of the classic moments of Hangzhou Asian Games.

There is struggle, glory, sweat and tears in the Asian Games. Every game in 16 days is exciting, moving and touching, and those moments will condense, precipitate and last forever. Let’s revisit these memories while they are still fresh and full of temperature ↓ ↓

After the women’s 50-meter butterfly final on September 29th, China’s Zhang Yufei and Japanese Chijiang Rihuazi embraced and wept. From the talented girl who attracted much attention to the difficult comeback from leukemia, the experience of Chijiang Lihuazi touched many people. Zhang Yufei and Chijiang Lihuazi are not only competitors in the swimming pool, but also friends of appreciate each other. Their hugs are warm and their tears are moving.

In the women’s vault final on September 28th, 48-year-old Chusovitina finally passed the podium by 0.15 points and won the fourth place. Athletes who have competed for more than 30 years, participated in eight Olympic Games and are younger than their sons compete in the same field … … Her legendary experience has already surpassed many people’s understanding of competitive sports. Only love can last for a long time. She explained her love for gymnastics with persistence.

In the women’s diving 10m platform final on October 3rd, Quan Hongchan showed the "Splash Vanishing Technique" in the second jump, and got seven full marks from seven judges, which was the only time in the diving competition of Hangzhou Asian Games. As the "popular king" of diving, Quan Hongchan not only won the individual gold medal, but also partnered with Chen Yuxi to win the women’s synchronized 10m platform championship with a "cliff-breaking" lead. At this Asian Games, the China diving team won all ten gold medals, reappearing "perfection".

Every grand event, there are always new stars shining with youthful light. Cui Chenxi, the youngest member of the China delegation, won the women’s street gold medal in skateboarding at the age of 13. The South Korean team has a 20-year-old swimmer Huang Xuanyou, the Japanese team has an 18-year-old gymnast Okamura Zhen, and the 18-year-old Filipino tennis girl Alexa Eyala will burst into greater energy every time she faces adversity … … They all represent the new force of Asian sports.

Show the beauty of Chinese culture through the "Asian Games Window"

The Asian Games is both a competitive platform and a display window. As a "China-style, Asian-style and splendid" Asian Games, its success is not only reflected in the impressive achievements made by the athletes on the field, but also in the holding of the games. As the largest Asian Games with the largest scale, the largest number of events and the widest coverage in history, Hangzhou Asian Games is far more complicated than previous Asian Games. Under such circumstances, China still won wide acclaim from the OCA family and the international community for its first-class venue facilities and excellent organizational services.

What kind of China did the Hangzhou Asian Games show Asia and the world? What kind of answers will athletes and other guests from abroad give to this question?

Before returning home, Kyrgyz athlete Yerbol and his companions took the time to stroll around Hangzhou, ready to buy some Hangzhou silk for relatives and friends in their hometown.

Kyrgyzstan national team member Yelbor:I bought one for my mother, and later found out that there was Wi-Fi. I even went online to ask my sister if she wanted it, sent them some photos of the bags and bought them a lot.

Not only shopping, team officials and athletes from some countries also went to museums to experience ancient sports such as archery, throwing pots and hammering pills, as well as traditional culture such as rubbing experience and brush calligraphy.

Najibullah, President of Afghan Taekwondo Association:This trip is wonderful, interesting and contains a lot of history. There are beautiful scenery, good weather, beautiful cities and nice people.

Baniba Onbadanaji, the 49kg champion of women’s taekwondo in this Asian Games, is from Thailand. She has been recording what she saw and heard with her mobile phone all the way.

Baniba OnPattana, a member of the Thai national teamauspiciousThis is my last time to participate in the Asian Games, and I am very happy. I want to record all the places I have been with video and share them with my family and my fans.

In addition to the competition, Qiu Suoweijinna, a female gymnast, visited the West Lake in a hurry and learned how to stir-fry Longjing tea.

Taste the special food and watch the beautiful scenery in the south of the Yangtze River, so that everyone’s trip to the Asian Games has gained more beauty.

Pakistani photojournalist Dirlbek:(Hangzhou) is very beautiful. I think it’s right. After the Asian Games in Hangzhou, I also plan to bring my family to Hangzhou and show them around the city.

Science and technology shape the Asian Games and show the future.

The Asian Games let athletes from all over the world experience the beauty of China’s traditional culture. In addition to traditional culture, "high technology" is another impressive keyword. What are the highlights of science and technology on the field? Look at the observation of CCTV reporters at the main station ↓ ↓ ↓

CCTV reporter Huang Da:When asked about their feelings about the Asian Games in Hangzhou, the key word that everyone must mention is "science and technology". At the opening ceremony, the "digital torchbearer" first quoted at the Asian Games allowed hundreds of millions of people to participate in the lighting together. The world’s largest display screen equivalent to 9 IMAX screens, beautiful digital fireworks & HELIP; … The application of science and technology in this Asian Games has made imagination a reality.

At the closing ceremony held on the 8th, we were deeply impressed by the Asian Garden built with CNC lawn for the first time and the "flower of memory" displayed by virtual lotus flowers in cooperation with Weiya performance. The "digital torchbearer" also ran into the "Big Lotus" again at the closing ceremony and ran to the next Asian Games, leaving everyone with infinite expectations. Science and technology make Chinese romance extend in time and space, and let history and tradition meet modern and future here.

These days, the mechanical dog taking discus in the track and field is out of the circle. Lovely movements not only bring a lot of laughter to the tense arena, but also, as the first technology used in global sports events, it realizes the functions of reducing manpower and saving time.

From robots that can sweep the floor and kill mosquitoes in the streets of the Asian Games Village, to intelligent service robots that act as tour guides in venues, to meteorological monitoring systems that can be accurate to the minute, and intelligent cockpit that can realize integrated management of operational information in venues & HELIP; … According to media reports, the highlight of this Asian Games is not only competition, but also China who has pressed the "acceleration button" for the development of science and technology industry.

The use of science and technology has also helped the Asian Games to fulfill the promise of "green and efficient". When we watch the fierce table tennis match, the training hall next to us, because of the design of light guide holes, can bring sufficient lighting to the athletes who are training here even without electricity as long as there is sufficient outdoor light. In the swimming pool, when we watch athletes from all over the world chopping waves in the clear swimming pool, under the swimming pool, a water circulation system that doesn’t need to change water all year round is running at high speed. With this system, the swimming pool can save 90,000 tons of water a year, which is equivalent to providing water for 4,000 people a year. There is also a self-cleaning facade of the venue and a roof that can absorb water … … When science and technology are combined with "thrifty hosting the Asian Games", what we see is the successful practice of the new concept of hosting the Asian Games that is green, environmentally friendly and waste-free.

In this Asian Games, the infinite possibilities brought by science and technology to the organization of sports events have come to an end, but the pursuit of science and technology in China and Asia will not stop, and China will also bring more excitement to global development with science and technology.

How to do strength training to improve running ability?

You may have seen countless strength training programs. Strength training programs can be divided into general strength training programs and special strength training programs. Most of the training programs we want to see can’t improve running ability. Before sharing the running strength training plan, I would like to share with you some basic principles that should be followed:

?

1, the principle of pertinence

If you are a runner, the purpose of strength training is nothing more than improving your running ability. Before you do it, you need to think about how these movements help running, which will be more targeted and improve faster. For example, in the forward swing stage of running, the hamstring muscles will be elongated, limiting the extension of the calf, while the calf is stretched by the quadriceps femoris. When accelerating, the calf and foot begin to descend to the running surface, thus forming a vertical line from head to toe. Therefore, if you have the problem of striding, you should do more hamstring training when doing strength training to help your feet fall below the center of gravity.

?

2. pyramid principles

According to the best performance training model (OPT) of the National Sports Medicine Association (NASM), training is divided into stability (stable endurance), strength (muscle endurance, muscle hypertrophy, maximum strength) and explosion (explosive force). The order of training should be from bottom to top, first lay a solid foundation for stability, and then carry out strength and explosive training. In stability training, joint activity training and muscle activation should be carried out in order to better enter the state of motion.

?

3, the principle of project-specific adaptation

The principle of project-specific adaptation is also called SAID (specific adaptation to imposed demands), which is closely related to the principle of pertinence, except that said pays more attention to the physiological structure. Most runners don’t want muscle hypertrophy, but want to improve muscle endurance, so do more endurance training to make your cells adapt and become more endurance.

?

Next, I will share with you a strength training plan, which should be implemented step by step. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Core training

The so-called core refers to a whole, a solid foundation and a source of strength and speed. Use first90-90 tension breathingTo activate the core muscles, especially the diaphragm related to running and breathing.Rod type(flat support) to improve the stability and control of core muscles, to ensure that the movements are not deformed during running, and finally to useHigh kneeling posture is stable and anti-rotation.Action, to simulate the swing arm scene during running.

2. Lower limb training

Lower limb training can be carried out with the help of elastic belt. The most important thing in lower limb training is the strength of gluteal muscles, which helps to stabilize the knee joint and improve the running ability. Considering that the hip, knee and ankle of the lower limbs are an interactive dynamic chain, the first thing to do is to start the hip joint, and then strengthen the leg muscles by lateral crab walking and feet moving back and forth, and then carry out one-leg hard lifting, lunge walking, Bulgarian leg squatting, side squatting, deep squatting and over-squatting, and finally strengthen the elasticity of the achilles tendon by skipping rope, which is helpful to the stability of the forefoot landing.

?

?

3. Upper limb training

The main purpose of upper limb training is to improve the swing arm ability, because poor swing arm efficiency will affect the stability of the body and reduce the running efficiency. Healthy shoulder joint mobility is the key to the balance and stability of the upper body. Too weak upper body or poor movement mode will affect daily life and hinder sports performance.

?

In upper limb training, elastic belt should be used to start the shoulder joint first, then push-ups should be used to develop upper limb muscle strength, and finally rowing and shoulder external rotation should be carried out to improve the shoulder and arm strength in an all-round way.

?

?

Finally, attach a strength training schedule for everyone! Come on. Oh, come on.

The years are new and spring is coming, and Yingchun is still an old man.

May the old and the new be born, and the new year will be renewed.

Zhan Chu (the year of birth and death is unknown, living around Song Lizong Shaoding [1228-1233]) was born in Xiuning (now Anhui). Minister and Neo-Confucianist in Southern Song Dynasty.

Letter from Spring Festival /Spring Letter

…Night now yields to a sea of sun, and the old year melts in freshets.

-Wang Wan [Tang]

It’s New Year’s Eve in one day. Are you home already? Or are you on your way home?

This year, beginning of spring is in the twelfth lunar month, so this year’s Spring Festival is indeed a spring festival. The "spring" here is not only the spring of the season, but also the "spring" of family reunion.

The years are new, and spring and Spring Festival are coming together. And when we greet the Spring Festival, we are also welcoming a brand-new spring and a brand-new expectation for life.

At this time, although there is still a chill in most places, Chunchun did send a letter to announce her arrival-you should pay attention to the new buds on the branches, see the river that began to thaw, listen to the birds chirping in the Woods, and feel the wind that has been moist and touching on your face.

As the saying goes, "Spring is full of vigor and grass is full of health", human plants and trees often know the arrival of spring earlier than people.

Winter is over,

Old pains die with winter.

Buried in the north wind.

Carried away by the north wind.

Spring comes as promised.

It has never betrayed everything waiting for it.

-Qin Liyan’s Early Spring

The arrival of the Spring Festival affects everyone’s mood.Regret for the old days was replaced by hope for the new year. The world in my eyes has changed from barren to lush, so I really feel that everything is slowly recovering and everything is moving towards beauty.

So Du Fu, who was wandering, looked at the beautiful spring scenery of swallows holding mud and Yuanyang sleeping quietly, and wrote."It’s beautiful when the sun is late, and flowers and plants are fragrant in the spring breeze."The sadness in my heart is also smoothed by the scenery in front of me;

Uneasy Wang Bo, also in the spring to find hope, issued."Spring should be sent every year, once there is someone."Belief, I believe that one day, "I will be a dust collector, and I will cover Zhu Xuan with spring".

The four seasons cycle, spring is the beginning season, and the air seems to be full of hope. Living in the spring, I am naturally permeated by the bursting of this life, giving birth to infinite joy and expectation.

The old year will be over, although it also means that the old days will never return, and some regrets are a foregone conclusion, and some losses are irreparable. But don’t worry, we will have new flowers and leaves, and there will be other leisurely days.Everything in the past has passed, and what we should do is "willing to get rid of the old and create new ideas, and end up with the new year."

Spring has arrived, and the Spring Festival is coming. You should believe that what you are waiting for and expecting will have results. People you miss will meet again eventually. Many unknown beauties in life are coming with spring.

8.1 points! The high-profile Dear Child does not stop there.

Special feature of 1905 film network The series "Dear Children" is coming to an end, and Douban officially scored 8.1 points, becoming the most popular film and television drama in the recent series.

During the broadcast, "the realism of life" and "selling anxiety" became the key points of discussion for many netizens.

Anxiety or truth, this series of feedback proves that this series is excellent in drama. In fact, the drama "Dear Children" was adapted from a film written and directed by the director, which won the Silver Bear Award for Best Screenplay at the 58th Berlin International Film Festival.

Compared with movies and TV series adapted from the same IP, this kind of film-changing drama is not common, but it has a long tradition. Everyone is familiar with and adapted from The Partner.

There are successes and failures.A 2-hour volume video work, expandedZhangsucceedWhat’s the difference between more than 20 episodes and even more than 30 episodes? What’s the difference between it and the same IP adaptation drama?

What has been changed in Dear Child?

If the length of the novel is the key to the adaptation of the film drama, then the limitation of the film itself will inevitably require addition and expansion in the process of adaptation into the film drama.

As far as Dear Children is concerned, the original film was 115 minutes long. At present, there are 34 episodes, with a single episode of about 45 minutes, and the overall duration is about 1539 minutes, that is, 25.5 hours.

The plot of the movie Left and Right is not complicated. It tells the story of the woman Zhu and her ex-husband who divorced for many years and reorganized their families. However, at this time, her daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, and ordinary chemotherapy did not control her condition well. In the absence of a match, Meizhu proposed to re-conceive a child with her ex-husband.

At that time, when the film was released, it caused a social discussion about morality and ethics.

Just from the current point of view, the controversy about this work remains the same, but it has gradually shifted from the original to the discussion of the family itself.

On the main characters, the drama has not changed the characters in the original film, and still focuses on the heroine, and revolves around the four-person relationship with her husband, ex-husband and ex-husband wife. Even in addition to the name of the hostess, the names of the other three roles have not changed.

Only on this basis, the drama broadens the family network and social relations of the four characters.

The addition of this character makes the dispute between the two families in the original story closer to reality. It has really become a story of three generations, and at the same time, the plot of letting the woman take her children to remarry has been discussed.

In particular, the intervention of the hostess and husband, the handling of the relationship between aunt and sister-in-law, and the life of a large family under the eaves have also added the original lack of fireworks to the story itself. Pull this extraordinary story directly to the audience.

Interestingly, the actress who plays the wife’s husband and sister in the drama series is the heroine in the movie Left and Right. The ex-husband who played in the drama series also made a guest appearance in the movie.

The addition of characters directly enriches the plot itself. In the 34 episodes, more than half of the length is to expand the pre-history of the film, showing the audience the reasons for the divorce of the woman and her ex-husband, as well as the problems faced by the new family after their respective reorganization.

At the same time, the group images of characters have been more vividly expressed and displayed, and the audience has more thinking and authentication on each character’s personality. Judging from the current development of the plot, the story has been synchronized with the movie plot, which is only the foreshadowing of various branches left by the series at present, and is still the key to the subsequent plot development.

The most important thing is that the film left an open ending at that time. Can a clearer ending be given in the TV series?

What is the key to changing movies into dramas?

In fact, whether an IP novel is adapted into a film or television work, or a movie is changed into a drama, or a drama is changed into a movie, it is essentially an adaptation behavior for a screenwriter.

These projects can be noticed by the producers because the projects themselves have received enough attention and recognition in the market. After having a certain reputation and influence, the formation of this kind of adaptation is naturally a natural result.

Not only the movie "Left and Right", but also other movie IP adapted into drama series have been recognized by the market. Until now, it is still a masterpiece repeatedly mentioned by many viewers.

Due to the limitation of the length of the film, it is inevitable that some plots will be taken over by simple words in the narrative of the story. However, the adaptation process of the series can also leave enough capacity for these previously neglected plot points to be explained in a wider dimension, and at the same time make up for the logic and character shaping sacrificed because of the length of the film version.

However, compared with the adaptation of novels, it is not so difficult for movies and dramas to change each other.

Xiao Shang, who is engaged in drama planning, told us that when the novel is adapted from IP, the creative team will consider readers’ certain ideas about the existence of words, but there are 1000 Hamlet for 1000 readers, so it can be broken and reorganized, and it can also follow the original rules. However, film-to-drama is different, and excellent film works have built more specific pictures in the audience’s minds. This preconceived content has become the difficulty of breaking the reorganization.

For example, the TV series Partners, which was broadcast before, was adapted from the movie Partners in China. It is still the story of three young entrepreneurs, but the creative background was changed to Internet entrepreneurship, which reappeared a dream-building period of passionate young people in the late 1990s.

However, this change has also caused many viewers to vomit, and there are many dissatisfaction with the details of life that have not been controlled well in the drama.

Adapted from the movie of the same name, the drama "Return to 20" is no longer the personal transformation journey of the 70-year-old grandmother. In the drama, her husband Xiang Dahai is also rejuvenated together. Together, they re-pursue themselves, redeem their love and work together to help their granddaughter realize her musical dream. Interestingly, both the film version and the drama version play the role of grandma.

After the series was broadcast, the reputation was average. The public did not have too many suggestions on the plot this time, but the actor’s acting skills became the key to criticism.

In the movie and drama works under the same IP, the actors’ acting skills are always on the same level for comparison. This contrast is also true in The Partner.

Breaking the preconceived ideas of the audience is the biggest challenge facing the film reform drama.

Judging from the current works, most of these works have found a suitable outlet in the adaptation and creation, but the feasibility of this method has not been recognized by the audience.

The future of film reform drama

Dear Children will not be an orphan. Earlier, many film companies, such as Bona Film and Huayi Brothers, announced plans to adapt their popular movies into TV series. And other plays, all appear in the corresponding film list.

From the perspective of the overall market, the film drama is the general trend, but in the face of this phenomenon, Xiao Shang also talked about his own concerns. "For the current market, there are not many original works. In recent years, IP adaptation has been repeatedly mentioned, and the film drama itself has been over-strengthened, but it is worried about the backlog of original works space. "

Of course, in the face of the current market, the audience wants to see the emotions that are synchronized with the times, and good original works can also become the content that is constantly mentioned by everyone. Minning Town and The Awakeing Age are good examples.

Film drama should be a kind of enrichment and supplement for the market. Only by making good use of IP can we make it a good helper for propaganda works. Otherwise, blindly pursuing IP value will only make everyone feel that it is "fried rice".

Investigation of Beijing Swimming Venues: The water quality of swimming pools is generally low in residual chlorine and high in urea.

With the coming of summer and the rising temperature, the popularity of major swimming venues in Beijing is bursting. However, is the pool of clear water really as clean as it looks? Recently, the reporter followed the staff of the Municipal Health Supervision Office to test the water quality of several outdoor swimming pools, and found that the water quality of the swimming pools tested had problems such as low residual chlorine and high urea.

According to Liu Ying, deputy section chief of the Public Health Supervision Department of the Municipal Health Supervision Office, according to the national standards, the water quality inspection of swimming venues mainly targets at five health indicators (water temperature, residual chlorine, PH value, turbidity and ORP). Among them, if the concentration of residual chlorine is too low, it will not disinfect the pool water, and the bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms in the pool water may multiply too much, thus causing the spread of diseases; If it is too high, it may stimulate the human eye mucosa, skin mucosa and oral mucosa, especially for sensitive people such as children, women and the elderly. In addition, there is a common problem of high urea in swimming pools, which is also harmful to human body.

After the reporter’s visit and understanding, the water quality of swimming pools is not up to standard, which is mostly caused by operators cutting corners to save money.

  site

The residual chlorine of newly added disinfectant is still lower than the national standard.

At 2 o’clock on the afternoon of July 6, the reporter followed the staff of the Municipal Health Supervision Office to the seaside paradise of Tuanjiehu Park in Beijing. The reporter saw at the scene that many people were swimming and playing in the pool.

Subsequently, the staff of the Municipal Health Supervision Office went to a swimming pool, took out water from the swimming pool and tested it with test paper for residual chlorine. After about 1 minute, the test data showed that the residual chlorine value was 0.1 mg/L. Subsequently, the staff went to another swimming pool and asked the tourists to take out a small bottle of water in the center of the swimming pool for testing. The test results showed that the residual chlorine was 0.2 mg/L.

The reporter learned that in order to maintain the hygiene of swimming pool water and kill pathogenic microorganisms in the pool water, swimming venues will add a certain dose of chlorine-containing disinfectant while circulating and filtering the pool water, thus producing free residual chlorine. The national standard of residual chlorine concentration in swimming pool water is 0.3-0.5 mg/L. However, in this inspection, the residual chlorine in swimming pool is lower than the national standard. A person in charge of the swimming pool admitted to the staff of the Municipal Health Supervision Office that the swimming pool had just added chlorine-containing disinfectant to the swimming pool for less than an hour.

Liu Ying introduced that if the concentration of residual chlorine is too low, it will not disinfect the pool water, and the bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms in the pool water may multiply too much, thus causing the spread of diseases; If it is too high, it may stimulate the human eye mucosa, skin mucosa and oral mucosa, especially for sensitive people such as children, women and the elderly. In addition, the high temperature and strong sunlight in summer will decompose residual chlorine, so the consumption of residual chlorine in summer will be particularly large. It will be very dangerous if the residual chlorine is not replenished enough or not.

In addition to the Binhai Paradise, the Municipal Health Supervision Office also tested the beach theme park of Chaoyang Park, and detected the residual chlorine at several points on the spot, and the residual chlorine data at one point was also slightly lower.

Excessive sources of urea in swimming pool are perspiration and urination.

According to the relevant national standards, the urea in swimming pool water should be less than or equal to 3.5 mg/L. However, according to the data of previous years, the problem of urea exceeding the standard in swimming pools is widespread.

Liu Ying said that when the urea content is too high, ammonia in urea will form chloramines with chlorine-containing disinfectants, which will make swimmers feel disgusted, irritate skin, cornea and corrode scalp.

Liu Ying said that many swimming pools now adopt overflow circulation filtration, and its principle is to collect the water overflowing from the swimming pool into the water tank, and then pump the water into the sand tank with a circulating pump for filtration and then put it back into the swimming pool. Although impurities such as hair will be filtered out, the bacterial content cannot be reduced, and urea must be replaced with new water to reduce the content. Urea can’t be removed through the filtration and circulation equipment. Every day, people keep swimming, sweating or urinating in it, and urea will get higher and higher, so the swimming pool management needs to replenish fresh water immediately.

"At present, we are also removing urea by other methods without changing water. It is through urea separation technology that the organic matter is decomposed. However, this technology is also expensive, and only a few swimming venues are in use. " Liu Ying said.

It is understood that there is urea in the swimming pool, on the one hand, people will keep sweating while swimming, on the other hand, someone will urinate in the swimming pool.

In order to save money and disinfect, "cut corners"

The reporter learned that many swimming pools in Beijing adopt overflow circulation filtration. In order to save money, some swimming pools don’t even open or only open the circulation system at night. However, the water is not changed for a long time, and the circulation system is not turned on. In order to keep the water clear, some swimming pools repeatedly use polyaluminum chloride precipitant to adsorb suspended solids in water. The naked eye looks clear and transparent, but in fact, the water body is rich in aluminum ions, which will do harm to the human body, especially the eyes.

In addition, some swimming venues also have "cutting corners" in disinfection. According to some insiders, generally speaking, a 1000-cubic-meter swimming pool costs about 10,000 yuan a month for disinfectants, precipitants and other disinfection materials. The quality and price of various disinfectants in the market are uneven. In order to save money, some operators choose cheap disinfectants, and the disinfection effect is difficult to guarantee.

  counter-measure

Real-time monitoring system can see the water quality at any time.

In order to cope with the upcoming swimming peak, at present, 100 swimming pools in the city started the activity of "Sweeping the water quality of swimming pools" last month. Citizens can scan this QR code through their mobile phones in obvious places in the swimming pool, and know the residual chlorine, turbidity, pH value and other values of the swimming pool at the first time before swimming. If substandard conditions are found, the public can complain about the problems found through the public health service hotline 12320.

The reporter learned that the Municipal Health Supervision Office has installed real-time monitoring systems in 100 swimming venues, and most of them are outdoor, crowded, school, community and undertaking some major international and domestic events, which accounts for about 80% of the total number of swimmers.

At present, the electronic supervision and command center of Beijing swimming venues has been completed, which monitors five main sanitary indicators (water temperature, residual chlorine, PH value, turbidity and ORP) of swimming venues in real time, and updates a set of data in 5 minutes to 7.5 minutes. Once the warning line is touched, the police will be called immediately, and the supervisor will immediately rush to the scene for treatment. In case of hot weather, the health supervision department will strengthen the supervision and inspection of outdoor swimming pools.

"In order to ensure the water quality, the municipal health supervision department will increase the inspection frequency of swimming pools, especially the problem swimming pools." Liu Ying said that the municipal health supervision office will focus on solving the problems of turbidity and excessive urea content in the pool water that citizens are concerned about, and health supervision institutions at all levels will urge swimming pool operators to strengthen their own management through training and guidance, and at the same time give administrative penalties for illegal acts according to law.

Shantou, Zhongxin. com, February 11 th: (Going to the grassroots in the New Year) The New Year’s Eve reunion dinner on the construction site comes from the warm-hearted experience of all corners of the country.
Author Jun Guo Huang Qingwen Zhang Xuhui Zhang Qirou
New Year’s Eve is the most traditional and most important "sense of ceremony" for Chinese New Year in China. China Construction Fourth Bureau is located in the PPP project in Chenghai, Shantou, Guangdong Province. This year, nearly 200 builders stayed behind for the New Year. They came from Sichuan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Henan, Fujian and Ningxia, and some local workers from Chaoshan. Although they were in a foreign land, they also had a warm taste from all corners of the country on the New Year’s Eve reunion dinner on February 11th.

The New Year’s Eve reunion dinner of the project started from noon that day. The reporter saw on the dining table of the canteen on the construction site that there are many fragrant pork elbows, braised pork with plum vegetables, salted shrimp and roasted goose, and at the same time, they also innovatively added a special dish of hometown for everyone, with a strong "hometown flavor" and deep friendship. On the table, the construction site also has the warmth of home.
The family of worker Sun Zhiping brought Fujian special chicken and duck ribs to make soup. On the afternoon of the same day, she couldn’t help but start to "show off her cooking skills" in front of her workmates. "I will stay on the project for the New Year this year, and I will also make a fool of myself, so that everyone can taste the taste of our hometown."
Tan Hong, from the project engineering department, is a new employee who just graduated from college last year and is also a member of the left-behind project for the New Year this year. The reunion atmosphere on New Year’s Eve diluted his homesickness: "Although I couldn’t go home for the New Year, it was also a special feeling to be with my friends on the project, especially this New Year’s Eve dinner, the local specialties in Chaoshan, which really made people drool."
"Grandma, this year’s Chinese New Year, I will stay on the project and not go home. Happy New Year! " In the Project Safety Department, Li Peilei from Guyuan City, Ningxia, chatted happily with her grandmother who was far away from home with her mobile phone video, laughing and laughing, and suddenly her nose was sour. This year, under the influence of the epidemic and the rush for construction, she resolutely decided to stay in the project for the New Year. There are many workers like this, such as brothers Zhang Qiancheng and Zhang Wancheng from Huating, Gansu, and husband and wife Koulin and Peng Wencui from Dazhou, Sichuan …
"The Spring Festival project will not stop this year. Thank you very much for staying." Zhang Lihui, secretary of the Party branch of the project, said: "It is our duty to do a good job in logistics service, let everyone have a happy New Year on the construction site and truly feel happiness. After a good year, you can better grab the job! "

It is understood that after the completion of the PPP project in Chenghai, it will undertake the task of the north-south traffic artery of the Asian Youth Games in 2021 and become a fast-track connecting the downtown area of Shantou with Chenghai District. Up to now, Chenghai project has completed the construction of soft foundation of the whole line, and the bridge and super-large bridge have fully entered the upper structure beam. Without stopping work during the Spring Festival, the production will continue to rotate. With the persistence of the project’s left-behind personnel, the construction pace of the project will also run out of "acceleration", helping the project to fully attack the closure joint of the continuous cantilever beam of Lianyanghe Bridge.
It is understood that the project department of China Construction Fourth Bureau has organized the activity of "Building a Certificate of Happiness and Celebrating the New Year on the Spot" in combination with the traditional custom of welcoming the New Year, so that the employees who have stayed in the post can have a safe and comfortable Spring Festival on the project. From January 21st, a special epidemic prevention team was quickly set up to disinfect the whole project area every day, establish a health information reporting system, and verify the specific information of those who do not return during the New Year and those who return. At the same time, the project department rearranged the safety construction during the Spring Festival, added overtime subsidies for those who stayed at the post, provided warm soup with warmth and warmth at the tea kiosk on the site, and opened the staff library and night school for migrant workers all day during the Spring Festival, and held activities such as "Welcome the Spring Festival" lottery and posting Spring Festival couplets. Viewpoint: Communication on current real estate market policy adjustment.

Xinhua Online Haihai, December 17th (Xinhua News Agency "Xinhua Viewpoint" reporter Xu Shousong) "We have everything we need, and the strength of the policy exceeds market expectations." On the evening of 17th, an account manager of Daning Store of Zhongyuan Real Estate could not conceal his surprise on the phone. "Business tax will not be levied after buying a house for two years, but we thought it would take at least three years."

To the real estate agent’s surprise, three measures to promote the healthy development of the property market were determined by the the State Council executive meeting on the 17th.

In a short time, the four swords are drawn.

On the 17th, the the State Council executive meeting studied and determined three measures to promote the healthy development of the property market: increasing the construction of affordable housing, solving the housing problem of nearly 10 million families with housing difficulties within three years, and building affordable housing with idle funds from the provident fund on a pilot basis. Further encourage the consumption of ordinary commodity housing, loosen the preferential policy of improving the "second suite" and carry out a one-year (tentative) tax reduction: as long as the house bought is over 2 years, the transfer will be exempted from business tax. If you want to sell it for less than 2 years, you will only be taxed on the money you earn, and you will not be taxed on the loss; At the same time, the urban real estate tax will be abolished. To maintain a reasonable scale of investment in real estate development, in the past year, it was first proposed to provide financing and related financial services for mergers and acquisitions of real estate development enterprises with strength and credibility.

In addition to the central policy, it has also reserved a lot of room for local governments to "rescue the market": all regions should adjust measures to local conditions and "further adopt policies and measures to promote the healthy development of the real estate market".

As soon as the news came out, the major websites received rave reviews, calling them "fierce moves" and "New Deal" in succession. In fact, in just over forty days, this is the fourth "sword" drawn to stabilize the real estate market. On November 5th, the State Council put forward ten measures to further expand domestic demand and promote economic growth. "Speeding up the construction of affordable housing projects, increasing support for low-rent housing construction, speeding up the transformation of shanty towns, implementing nomadic settlement projects, and expanding the pilot renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas" was listed as the first of the "National Ten". Then, "promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market" has become one of the seven tasks for the State Council to hold a meeting of leading comrades of provincial and municipal people’s governments and departments and to deploy and implement central policies and measures. The status of the real estate industry has been raised to an unprecedented height, with the word "important" before the positioning of the "pillar industry" in the past, that is, "the real estate industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy, which plays an important role in stimulating the development of industries such as steel, building materials and household appliances, and is crucial to the stability and development of the financial industry, and plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of residents’ consumption structure and improving people’s livelihood". At the recently concluded Central Economic Work Conference, two of the five key tasks in 2009 all talked about the real estate industry, "We should combine the desire of residents to reasonably improve their living conditions with the role of real estate as a pillar industry", and "increase the supply of affordable housing, reduce the burden of residents’ reasonable purchase of self-occupied ordinary commodity housing, and give full play to the positive role of real estate in expanding domestic demand".

Why "save the property market"? Good economy can make everyone good.

So intensive introduction of policies to stabilize the property market, and compared with the property administration a year ago, there are major adjustments, where is the intention?

First of all, the property market is closely related to the macro-economy, and only when the economy is good can everyone be good.

On December 10th, Morgan Stanley Research Department released the latest economic research report on China, and held that the typical feature of China’s economy in 2009 was "deterioration followed by improvement", but real estate investment was the biggest uncertain factor to judge the growth expectation in 2009. Because the key reason for the rapid economic slowdown is the slowdown of real estate investment rather than weak exports. According to this report, if the real estate investment shrinks by 30% in 2009, the huge adverse impact will not be compensated even by the existing fiscal stimulus plan.

It must be admitted that in the composition of fixed assets investment in the whole society, real estate investment closely related to more than 50 industries has one third of the world. According to the data, as of July 2008, the sum of electric power and heat energy, transportation and water conservancy environment accounted for less than 25% of fixed assets investment, manufacturing investment exceeded 30%, and real estate investment accounted for more than 33%. This determines that infrastructure investment alone is not enough to prop up economic growth, and pure government investment is also difficult to make up for the decline in real estate and manufacturing investment. At present, the manufacturing industry, especially the ordinary manufacturing industry, is having a hard time, and the real estate market is also undergoing obvious adjustment. In the first 11 months, the growth rate of national commercial residential investment dropped by 2.2 percentage points year-on-year. The shrinking demand for real estate investment has produced a chain reaction, which gradually affects related industries, such as steel, building materials and furniture.

As for the dependence of local finance on real estate, it goes without saying. Nowadays, with the cooling of the real estate market, the transaction is frozen and the land is flowing, and the local finance is unprecedentedly tight.

In this case, it is necessary to boost the real estate industry again to promote investment and protect the economy. Real estate has been pushed to "an important pillar industry of the national economy", and affordable housing projects have been listed as the first of the "Ten Articles of the State", so the policy mix clearly conveys the orientation of "saving real estate first to ensure development" and "promoting investment cannot be separated from stabilizing the property market".

"The economy’s excessive dependence on real estate is a fact that can’t be changed in the short term. At the moment, we can’t find an industry to replace the real estate to drive the economy." Cai Suisheng, a real estate expert and president of Guangdong Real Estate Association, said.

The root of stimulating domestic demand with real estate consumption is to pull investment, maintain growth, promote employment and stabilize the overall situation. From this point of view, we can correctly understand that the Central Economic Work Conference proposed that "meeting residents’ desire to improve their living conditions reasonably should be combined with giving full play to the role of real estate as a pillar industry", and that "the supply of affordable housing should be increased, the burden of residents’ reasonable purchase of self-occupied ordinary commercial housing should be reduced, and the positive role of real estate in expanding domestic demand should be brought into play".

On the frozen soil of real estate, the combination of "guarantee" and "market" will be developed.

"What are the similarities and differences between starting domestic demand under the financial tsunami in 2008 and stimulating domestic demand under the Asian financial turmoil in 1998?" Hu Yijian, a professor at the School of Public Economics and Management of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, said: "Ten years ago, one of the fulcrums to incite domestic demand was real estate, and it will still be ten years later; However, the previous time relied on the commercial housing market, and this time the foothold was affordable housing and people’s livelihood. "

That’s true. On the 17th, in the the State Council executive meeting to study and deploy policies and measures to promote the healthy development of the real estate market, we made it clear at the beginning that "two persistences" were: adhering to the basic direction of housing marketization and the principle of implementing the housing security system for low-income people with housing difficulties. According to industry insiders, this is to cultivate the combination of "guarantee" and "market" on the "frozen soil" of real estate.

Different from the previous round of investment expansion (1998-2002), the real estate industry was particularly focused on marketization. This round of investment expansion considered the promotion of investment and the protection of people’s livelihood together, and made it clear that "investment acquisition, development and construction of affordable housing such as low-rent housing and affordable housing should be increased". Experts in the industry believe that the adjustment of policy orientation has three meanings:

-As far as economy is concerned, it is a favorable time window for the government to promote the construction of housing security and solve the housing problem. In the years before the first half of this year, the international economy maintained a relatively rapid growth rate, which brought about a global increase in resource prices, especially the prices of building materials and land. In addition, with the expansion and bubble of assets, the domestic real estate market and the capital market were linked, and the "land kings" in cities frequently appeared, and the cost of building houses rose steadily. Now, the global economic slowdown has caused the prices of oil, steel and other commodities to continue to dive, and the domestic construction cost has been greatly reduced. At the same time, the land price is lower, and the relocation cost is also reduced. Microscopically, it can reduce the construction cost of affordable housing, spend relatively little money to do relatively many things, achieve better economic benefits, and macroscopically, it can stimulate investment and ensure stable economic growth. This is an economic effect.

-The political significance lies in conforming to public opinion, solving people’s livelihood problems, and implementing Scientific Outlook on Development.

-The social effect is that the government can use the construction of affordable housing to calm down and eliminate the incomprehension and resentment of some people who expect the housing prices to continue to fall and do not understand the government’s rescue of the market and stabilize the real estate market. Let these people feel that the government rescues real estate in order to stabilize the whole macro-economy, and provides a way out for low-and middle-income groups-government guarantee. There may be some differences between the long-term interest orientation of the government to save the property market and stabilize housing prices and the short-term interest demands of ordinary people, and affordable housing is a good policy option to bridge the differences.

"After experiencing the high tide and low tide of real estate, the government has a deeper understanding of the real estate market and real estate industry, reducing bias, which is the result of macro-control." Cai Suisheng commented like this.

Does not involve the China market! Polar Star Motor announced that it would lay off about 15% employees in order to accelerate the improvement of profit margin.

According to Reuters, Polar Star Motor recently announced that it plans to cut about 450 employees worldwide, accounting for about 15% of its total employees, due to the current challenging market. It is understood that the main purpose of this layoff is to accelerate the improvement of profit margin and reduce the company’s total capital demand, and to achieve cash flow balance by 2025.

"This layoff does not involve the China market." The relevant person in charge of Polar Star Technology (a joint venture between Polar Star Automobile and Xingji Meizu Group) told the reporter of national business daily.

In fact, this is not the first time that Polar Star Motors has laid off employees on a global scale. In May last year, Polar Star Motor said it would pay more attention to cost management, laying off about 300 people by 10% worldwide, and freezing recruitment.

It is worth mentioning that Polar Star Motor also lowered its annual sales target several times, first to 80,000 vehicles per year, and then to 60,000 ~ 70,000 vehicles again. The official of Polar Star Automobile said that the downward adjustment of the sales target was mainly due to the fact that the new model Polar Star 3 could not be delivered in mass production on time in the summer of 2023, and it had to be postponed to the first quarter of 2024.

Despite the downward adjustment of the annual sales target, polar star automobile still failed to complete. The data shows that in 2023, the global delivery volume of polar star vehicles was about 54,600, a year-on-year increase of 6%.

In addition, the polar star car has been hard to see improvement in the China market. In the fourth quarter of 2023, Polar Star Motor delivered about 12,800 vehicles worldwide, including 880 Polar Star 4 vehicles in China market. For the performance in China market in 2023, Polar Star Motor has not released specific data. Previously, in 2022, it was widely expected that the sales volume of polar star cars in China would be around one or two thousand. In 2021, Polar Star Automobile sold 2,048 vehicles in China, accounting for 7% of global sales.

According to public information, Polar Star Automobile was established in 2017, which was jointly built by Geely and Volvo. It is positioned as a luxury pure electric high-performance automobile brand and headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden. Since its establishment seven years ago, Polar Star has replaced six CEOs in China, but it still failed to reverse its decline in the China market.

However, Polar Star Motor did not give up the China market. In order to reverse the decline, in June last year, Polar Star Motor announced that it would establish a joint venture with Xingji Meizu Group for the China market, namely Polar Star Technology, to fully take over the business of Polar Star in the China market. Among them, Jixing Automobile holds 49% of the shares, and Xingji Meizu holds 51%. Xingji Meizu is responsible for arranging the future financing of the joint venture company.

As a result, 2023 was called "the first year of China" by Polar Star Automobile, and the first product Polar Star 4 was also highly anticipated. During the Guangzhou Auto Show last year, Polar Star 4 adjusted the delivery price to 299,900 ~ 399,900 yuan, while the previously announced price range of Polar Star 4 was 349,800 ~ 533,800 yuan, further lowering the threshold for consumers to buy. At the same time, Polaris 4 will be equipped with a newly developed full version of Polestar OS operating system to realize the interconnection between mobile phones and cars.

Thomas Ingenlath, CEO of Polar Star Automobile, said, "Polar Star 4 is very popular in China market, and will be sold in European and Australian markets in the future. Increasing production is an important milestone for us. Polar Star 3 is expected to be delivered in the first batch this summer. We will change from a company with only one car for sale to a company with three cars, which will make us usher in a revolutionary and exciting year in 2024. "

In fact, although the selling price has been greatly reduced, Polar Star 4, which has not yet formed its brand power, still faces considerable pressure in the increasingly fierce competition in China electric vehicle market. The reporter learned that in order to further enhance competitiveness, a few days ago, the terminal concessions of Polar Star 4 were upgraded again, with a maximum discount of 60,000 yuan.

"Now we have launched the exclusive rights and interests of Polar Star 4, including the experience official welfare of 30,000 yuan, the replacement fund with a maximum time limit of 30,000 yuan, and the rights and interests of 35,000 yuan in a limited time. The maximum is equivalent to a cash discount of 60,000 yuan. Among them, the replacement subsidy for the single motor version is 20,000 yuan, the subsidy for the double motors is 30,000 yuan, and the subsidy for the experience officer is 30,000 yuan, which is divided into four personal accounts, with 7,500 yuan each time. However, there is no discount for this model of 299,900 yuan, and it is necessary to buy another 30,000 yuan plus luxury kit. In this way, the hand price of the single-motor plus version model is 279,900 yuan, while the price of the same configuration model is 339,900 yuan, which is equivalent to a discount of 60,000 yuan. " A sales person of a polar star automobile in Shanghai told the reporter that the manufacturer’s requirements for the implementation of the replacement subsidy are not strict, as long as there are photos of the production certificate, it is not a real replacement.

In addition, at the capital market level, polar star cars do not seem to be optimistic. Since it was listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in new york on June 24th, 2022, the share price of Polar Star Automobile has continued to fall, and its total market value has also plunged.

The data shows that on June 24, 2022, the closing price of Polar Star Automobile was $13/share, while on January 26 this year, the closing price of Polar Star Automobile was only $2.2/share, which was over 83% lower than that at the beginning of listing. In terms of total market value, on June 24, 2022, the total market value of Polar Star Automobile was $26.595 billion, while on January 26 this year, the total market value of the company was only $4.687 billion. In less than two years, the market value evaporated by $21.908 billion.
