　　Policy communication:Since China launched the initiative to jointly build the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road to the world in 2013, the construction of the Belt and Road has advanced through exploration, improved through development and grown through cooperation, and the progress and achievements of the construction have far exceeded expectations. With the growing circle of friends in the Belt and Road Initiative, the Belt and Road Initiative has become a major international cooperation initiative to turn ideas into actions and dreams into reality.

　　Smooth trade:Over the past three years since the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, China has actively improved the level of economic and trade cooperation with countries along the route, strengthened exchanges and dialogues with countries along the route, and actively promoted policy communication and strategic docking. In the future, we should continue to promote trade facilitation and cultivate new support points for trade and investment. Gradually establish various information exchange and coordination mechanisms to reduce trade costs and ease the downward pressure on China’s trade.

　　Financing:With the interconnection of the "Belt and Road" infrastructure, global trade will achieve new rapid growth, giving birth to a large number of cross-border financial needs such as cross-border investment, trade settlement and currency circulation. In this context, with the opening of China’s financial market and the steady progress of RMB internationalization, China’s banking industry has also increased its support for the construction of the Belt and Road, and a financial cooperation network supported by market-oriented Silk Road Fund and commercial banks is taking shape, which will bring more convenience and preferential treatment to countries along the route.

　　Facilities connectivity:The interconnection of transportation is the foundation and the priority area. By jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative, especially by increasing investment in transportation infrastructure, and through win-win cooperation and experience sharing, it will not only play an important role in boosting the economic growth of many developing countries along the route, but also help to cultivate new growth points of the global economy and achieve the goal of strong and sustainable growth of the world economy in the post-crisis era. At present, with the construction of transportation infrastructure as a breakthrough, the early harvest of Asian connectivity has been realized.

Only by strengthening communication can we have a deeper understanding, enhance friendship and promote benefits, and work together. The common feelings of the people are not only a booster for the construction of the "Belt and Road", but also a social foundation and long-term guarantee. Over the past three years, China has actively inherited and carried forward the spirit of friendly cooperation along the Silk Road, and extensively carried out non-governmental cooperation in culture, education, tourism and other fields with countries and regions along the Belt and Road, laying a solid public opinion foundation for the smooth progress of the Belt and Road construction. The people’s blind date lies in the empathy, and the historical symphony played by the People’s Association is playing on the "Belt and Road".
