　　(A) the decentralization of examination and approval authority

　　For the construction projects settled in the industrial park, except those which belong to the approval authority and confidential level of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the environmental impact assessment documents of other construction projects are approved by the competent department of ecology and environment in the area where the industrial park is located. If it is inconsistent with the Catalogue of Construction Projects with the Management Authority of Environmental Impact Assessment Document of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment (2022 edition), this document shall prevail.
