Jin Yong’s novels: culture is the foundation and humanity is the soul.

Jin Yong combined chivalrous culture with Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism, Buddhism and national culture of China traditional culture, and wrote chivalrous figures with diverse values and different cultural forms. [literature and art watching tide]

October 30th is the first anniversary of the death of Mr. Jin Yong. I remember when people from all walks of life bid him farewell last year, there was a couplet with the horizontal couplet "A View of All Living Beings". "Looking at all sentient beings" has Zen meaning, which means that Jin Yong looks up to all sentient beings in the world. "A glimpse of all living beings" comes from "a glimpse of all mountains", which means that Mr. Jin Yong’s martial arts novels are an incomparable peak. This evaluation is appropriate. Martial arts novels are the quintessence of China, and there are many writers and works. Jin Yong’s novels are respected because of their higher contribution than their predecessors, and they have more inspiration for the creation of China literature at present.

Works are stable and far-reaching because of culture.

Chivalrous novels are literary readings of China’s chivalrous culture. Jin Yong’s contribution lies in the integration of chivalrous culture with Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism, Buddhism and national culture of China, and the writing of chivalrous figures with diverse values and different cultural forms.

Chen Jialuo’s self-cultivation, knowing that he can’t do it, shows the Confucian style ("Book Sword, Love and Hatred"); Guo Jing loves not to attack, is practical and has the demeanor of an ink man (Legend of the Condor Heroes); Yang Guo is a Taoist chivalrous man (The Condor Heroes), who goes with the flow and is affectionate. Ling Huchong is a prodigal son ("the legendary swordsman") who is chic and happy, but does not lose his principles. As for Wei Xiaobao, the interpretation of his image has more reflections on national culture (The Duke Of Mount Deer). At the beginning of his creation, Jin Yong probably didn’t expect to show China’s traditional culture in such an orderly way. However, it is naturally the best choice to find innovative paths in cultural space and deduce different cultures.

Martial arts novels originated from Historical Records, in which Biography of Assassin and Biography of Ranger recorded chivalrous men who worked for their masters and chivalrous men who advocated their own spirit respectively, which were the two most common types of chivalrous men in later martial arts novels. After that, China’s martial arts novels experienced three changes. "The Water Margin" is the peak of China’s ancient martial arts novels. When the chivalrous man is bound to the imperial court, the chivalrous man can only counter-insurgency and arrest thieves behind some officials, which is particularly obvious in the case-solving martial arts novels. In 1923, Xiang Kairan (Pingjiang Buxiaosheng) wrote The Legend of the Wonder Man in the Jianghu, which constructed the Jianghu world of martial arts novels. Since then, there have been various schools of martial arts novels, such as Shaolin, Wudang, Emei and Qingcheng, and the chivalrous people have their own activity space. The Jianghu world seems to be far away from the earthly world, but the chivalrous people’s personality and style can be displayed in that mysterious world full of charm, and the martial arts novels are good-looking. Jin Yong’s novels are the third change in the development of China’s martial arts novels. He created the cultural space of martial arts novels and created a model of "cultural martial arts". Martial arts novels, as genre novels, have rich connotations and profound charm, and their pattern and style have been obviously improved.

Literature is stable and far-reaching because of culture. Whether it is an elite novel or a popular novel, constructing a cultural space will inevitably bring rich connotations to the works. However, it is rare for Jin Yong to dabble in multiple forms of China traditional culture. More importantly, the chivalrous novels highlight the chivalrous culture. Chivalrous culture and China’s different forms of traditional culture are not only in harmony, but also have many differences in principle. However, Jin Yong can blend them together, thus showing different cultural heroes, and they are so vivid and vivid, showing that Jin Yong not only has a profound understanding and unique thinking on the values of China traditional culture, but also has superb literary accomplishment. The perfect integration of knowledge, thinking and cultivation is the only way to form classic works.

Ideas are lofty and profound because of choices.

For the country and the people, being a chivalrous person is a high evaluation of chivalrous people’s social responsibility and mission consciousness. This sense of mission is not unique to Jin Yong’s novels, but it is fully manifested in his novels.

Guo Jing in The Legend of the Condor Heroes led an army to attack Samarkand because Genghis Khan promised to grant him a request. He was going to propose to dissolve his engagement with Hua Zheng and marry Huang Rong, but when he saw Mongolian soldiers killing people, he put forward the request that Mongolian soldiers stop the massacre. He made a choice, saved the lives of ordinary people and gave up his personal interests. Xiao Feng in "Tian Long Ba Bu" ended his life in front of the two armies for the peace of Da Song and Da Liao.

The social responsibility spirit of chivalrous men in Jin Yong’s novels is not a direct deduction of ideas, but is embodied in the choice of behavior. Where there is a choice, there is a sacrifice, and the sacrifice is family hatred, happiness, and even life. The choice is always difficult, hesitant and painful. Similarly, the behavior after the choice is very real, and the concept of home and country is particularly glorious and noble. The expression of ideas comes from the inner call of characters, and the establishment of behavior comes from the final choice of rationality. This is the reason why Jin Yong’s novels are noble and unpretentious.

Elegance and vulgarity innovate and surpass because of confluence.

Martial arts novels are genre novels, and patterning is the basic form of creation. Hegemony, revenge, chivalry, treasure-grabbing and love-changing … … These patterns are essential for all martial arts novels. Mode is not a shortcoming, but a feature, which is an effective way of creation accumulated over a long period of time. Without these patterns, genre novels cannot exist. The creation of Jin Yong’s novels lies in endowing these models with souls and giving them fresh life consciousness. This soul is the "human literature" practiced by new literature writers since the May 4th Movement.

New literature writers focus on human nature and describe life and life value in social descriptions. Jin Yong’s novels also focus on human nature and write life and life value in the experience of Jianghu world, thus constructing a "growth model" of martial arts novels. Chen Jialuo, Yuan Chengzhi, Guo Jing, Yang Guo, Xiao Feng, Ling Huchong, Wei Xiaobao … … These characters are all types of people in the Jianghu. However, these characters are vivid and distinct, showing a wonderful life in the Jianghu. The reason for this is that Jin Yong established their human nature description and life growth as the narrative center of the novel. These types of martial arts novels have also become the story expression space to show humanity and life. Another change brought by the "growth model" with human nature and life as the narrative center is that the structure of the novel is complete. The loose ending of China’s traditional novels is an old problem, which is due to the lack of main characters throughout the novel. From ignorant teenagers to mature heroes, character growth is the main line in Jin Yong’s novels, and the process of character growth is the process of story development. The character image is successfully formed, the story is naturally complete and the structure is naturally compact.

The traditional aesthetic construction of novels with chapters and chapters has been modernized by Jin Yong, which is in line with reality. This is a new literary realm created by the confluence of elegance and popularity. If we think about the traditional culture highlighted in Jin Yong’s novels together, we will have a deeper understanding of the aesthetic contribution of Jin Yong’s novels. In Zhang Hui’s novels, the earliest explorer is Zhang Henshui, and the expression of human nature in his "Crying and Laughing" is still the popular mode of western human nature liberation and publicity since the May 4th Movement. Jin Yong’s novels mainly show the traditional culture of China. China’s traditional culture is a norm and an existing existence. Can we write a distinctive human nature and a wonderful life in the norm and existence? Jin Yong used practice to tell people that it is possible.

Skills are meaningful and lasting because of integration.

The skills mentioned here are divided into two parts. First, knowledge skills, such as piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, poetry, tea, wine and food, fishing and reading, etc. First, professional skills, such as academics, art, martial arts and so on. Jin Yong described these skills as a few treasures, and anyone who has read Jin Yong’s novels is deeply impressed by them. This has a lot to do with Jin Yong’s accumulation of knowledge when he was a supplement editor for a long time. The skill of writing martial arts novels is not special, and other writers also write them. Jin Yong’s novels are just more extensive. Jin Yong’s contribution lies in putting these skills into plot setting, text writing and expression of life value, which has created another interest.

Martial arts novels are Zhang Hui novels, and Zhang Hui in Zhang Hui’s novels is the two eyebrows of the novel. Draw these two "eyebrows" well, and the eyes below will be more divine. Jin Yong’s method is to write back his eyes with poems. The target of "Eternal Dragon Slayer" is one sentence per sentence, 7 words per sentence, and the whole book is 40 times, which together is an ancient poem. "Tian Long Ba Bu" is a lyric, and the book is divided into five volumes. Together, the titles of each volume are five words, which are five epigrams: Youth Tour, Su Muqi, Broken Array, Song of the Fairy and Shui Long Yin. It takes talent to write poems according to the connotation of the novel and to cover the content of the novel. The Duke Of Mount Deer embodies the author’s talent. It is completed by taking the couplet in the collection of poems by Cha Shenxing, the ancestor of Jin Yong. From this collection of poems, Jin Yong selected 50 conjunctions to form the 50 chapters of the novel. This is more difficult, which means that the reply was written by someone else, and you should make up stories according to the requirements of the reply. There is not necessarily a connection between returning to the eye and returning to the eye, but the whole story is closely related to causality. However, it should be noted that the original version of Jin Yong’s novels is not so exquisite. Many replies were later revised when the novel was revised. But we can also see Jin Yong’s intentions.

The use of poetry only shows talent. The charm of Jin Yong’s novels lies in the integration of skills to achieve the realm of transformation. Art can be turned into martial arts, so there is a "martial arts supreme, treasure knife to kill dragons." Don’t dare to disobey orders from the world. The calligraphy martial arts of "who can’t rely on heaven, who can compete with the front" has the musical martial arts of Huang Laoxie’s "Blue Ocean Tide". Academics can also be turned into martial arts. Zhang Sanfeng taught Zhang Wuji three tricks in "Eternal Dragon Slayer". After Zhang Wuji learned each trick, Zhang Sanfeng asked not "Did you remember" but "Did you forget?" Only when he forgot the tricks could he continue to learn. Forgetting is not nothing, but turning tangible into intangible, that is, Taoism’s "returning to the ID" and the highest realm of learning: infinity.

Such integration is still tangible. The most wonderful skill fusion is still invisible. In "Heroes of the Condor", Brother Diao took Yang Guo to the cave where his original owner lived in solitary pursuit of defeat, and showed Yang Guo the sword tomb of solitary pursuit of defeat. There is a monument on each sword grave with words inscribed on it. There are several swords he used in the sword grave, such as Qingfeng Sword, Xuantie Sword and wood blade. The inscription on it is like this:

It is fierce and invincible, and it is used to compete with Heshuo before it is weak.

Ziwei soft sword, used before the age of 30, was unlucky to accidentally injure the righteous, but it was abandoned.

The epee has no front, and the ingenuity does not work. Before the age of forty, I relied on it to run wild all over the world.

After forty years old, you can be a sword if you don’t stay in things. Since then, intensive training has gradually become better than having a sword without a sword.

These are the five stages of talking about martial arts, but if you think about it carefully, where are you talking about martial arts? Obviously, you are talking about life. Aren’t these five stages the five realms of life? In this novel, I also wrote that Yang Guo practiced "ecstasy". Seventeen tricks of a set of palm techniques: jumpy, out of thin air, dragging its feet, worrying alarmingly, wandering in an empty valley, unable to cope with one’s strength, walking dead, making much ado about nothing, acting perversely, forgetting to eat and sleep, being alone, eating and drinking, being restless, being at the end of the road, being pale, dreaming and being stupefied &hellip … All the tricks are heartfelt wishes, and it is Yang Guo’s longing and pain of waiting for the little dragon girl’s 16-year contract. It is a "ecstasy". Martial arts has been integrated with the mood, thinking and feeling of the characters, and it is the martial arts of the mind.

The fusion of skills gives life to boring knowledge, which is full of humor and agility, and is meaningful and lasting. The writer shows talent, wisdom and a unique understanding.

The number of books borrowed in colleges and universities has declined. Do college students really dislike reading?

The sunset is sinking, the forest is lined with trees, and the afterglow is sprinkled between the blue tiles and red bricks. The old library lying at the foot of Yuelu Mountain looks quaint and elegant. Ren Peng, a doctoral student at Hunan University, always likes to choose this time to study here, wandering among them and making friends with the ancients. "The atmosphere of the library is very enjoyable. Reading without a purpose can really enter the aesthetic state." Ren Peng said with emotion, "But there are not many people who like to read paper books now. Everyone is more accustomed to using mobile phones and computers to read electronic materials."

This year’s "Government Work Report" once again emphasizes "deepening the reading activities of the whole people", and college students’ reading has also attracted attention from all walks of life. Recently, the topic of "The borrowing volume of paper books in university libraries is obviously declining, do college students not like reading?" has caused a heated discussion on the Internet. Some people think this is a normal phenomenon, and some people are worried about it. What are the reasons behind this phenomenon? How can university libraries mobilize various resources to add strength to jointly build a scholarly campus?

Spring blossoms, it is time to study. The reporter walked into the university campus and visited stories about reading.

Do college students really stop reading?

Ren Peng is a 23-year-old science student majoring in control science and engineering, but he is very interested in literature and history books. He borrows about 10 books from the library every year. The reporter randomly asked several college students of the same age as Ren Peng, and found that they borrowed no more than 10 books on average every year. Some people admitted that they had never borrowed books within one year.

What is the volume of books borrowed by college students? According to the annual reading report of Hunan University Library, the circulation of books in the library in 2019, 2021 and 2022 is about 530,000, 350,000 and 260,000 respectively. The reporter also checked the total number of books lent by Sun Yat-sen University Library from 2019 to 2022, which were about 680,000, 520,000 and 370,000 respectively. According to relevant data, the number of books borrowed by Kunming Medical University, Southwest University of Science and Technology and other universities is also gradually decreasing. In 2022, the development report of university libraries in Jiangsu Province has clear statistics. The average number of paper books and periodicals borrowed by the library decreased from 98,200 in 2017 to 35,800 in 2022, showing a continuous decreasing trend.

"It is normal that the number of paper books borrowed in colleges and universities is gradually decreasing." Professor Wang Junchao, Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication in Tsinghua University, is a library culture enthusiast. Before he entered the university to teach, he also worked as a "reporter" who contacted the National Library. He believes that with the continuous enrichment of electronic resources in university libraries, students can acquire knowledge and information quickly, and the amount of paper books will naturally decrease, but this does not directly prove that college students do not like reading."For example, many of the reference materials I ask students to read in class will provide electronic versions or online links."

Ren Peng will also use electronic products to browse learning materials and obtain information resources. "E-books are very convenient, occupying neither space nor paying extra. You can read books for free with the campus reading software, and you can save good articles into your mobile phone with your fingers. " He said.

While the borrowing of paper books is decreasing, the reading of e-books is increasing rapidly.Take chinese numerals resource download of Hunan University as an example, it was 9.05 million times in 2021 and 23.57 million times in 2022. According to the survey on "College Students’ Reading Situation" published by Zhejiang Social Science Association in 2022, the average reading volume of paper books and e-books for college students in Zhejiang Province is 8.48 and 13.5 respectively.

However, Li Guo, a student at Wuhan University, found that many people around him were not interested in deep reading, and the "short, flat and fast" and economical electronic products were more likely to make people addicted.

"Paper reading and electronic reading have their own advantages and disadvantages, but long-term’ fragmented reading’ is worthy of vigilance." Liu Ge, director of China National Reading Research Center of Hunan University, thinks.

"Some websites, WeChat official account and short video platforms will provide information that is easy to understand and does not require too much thinking in order to capture traffic, but complete, systematic and in-depth discussions and works are not common." Liu Ge said that in the long run, these fragmented information will damage students’ reading concentration, raise their reading stimulation threshold, and even make people become lazy in reading, reduce their ability to understand classic books, resulting in narrow knowledge structure and shallow knowledge reserves.

Why is the borrowing volume of books declining?

During the visit, the reporter found that while the number of books borrowed from colleges and universities declined, the number of people entering the library remained high. In many libraries, the phenomenon of "one library is hard to find" often appeared, and some students started the mode of "grabbing seats online in the early morning", making "soaking in the library" a normal life.

So, what are college students "immersed" in the library doing?

Huang Xiaoling, a teacher of Hunan University Library, has worked in the library for more than 30 years. She observed that about half of the students studying in the library are preparing for the exam. "There is an established study room in the museum, which opens at 6: 30 in the morning and closes at 10: 30 in the evening. Seats are often in short supply."

Wang Qiong, director of the library of Beijing Normal University, found that the students who entered the library learned independently the most, followed by borrowing books and conducting seminars and other activities. "We have prepared a locker for students. Among the readers who applied for the locker in autumn, the number of people who stated the purpose of postgraduate entrance examination accounted for 31% of all applicants. "

Many interviewees admitted that college students are facing many practical pressures at present, and some people are more willing to devote their time to things with strong "practicality" such as exams and internships. They think that borrowing books from the library and reading without purpose can not bring tangible benefits in a short time.

At the same time, for those who want to borrow books from the library, the process of borrowing books is not smooth sailing.

As a frequent visitor to the library, Li Guo is very concerned about the development of the library. She teases herself as a "suggestion expert" and often puts forward specific suggestions for improving the quality of library services, such as "new books are slow to be put on shelves" and "I can’t find the books I want to read".

"I really wanted to read books on women’s literature before, but the inspection shows that the books I want to borrow have been in order; Sometimes if you want to find different versions of books, you will find that they are not complete; The works of some foreign minority writers are even rarer. " Li Guo said.

Huang Xiaoling is also very touched by this: "Sometimes, the funds for purchasing paper books are limited, but there are many new books published every year. In order to meet the demands of students, we will buy more digital resources as a supplement on the basis of’ preserving varieties and reducing duplicates’. For example, one or two copies of a new book are sometimes placed in the main campus, but may not be distributed in the sub-campuses. If students can’t check it, they have to do alternative reading through document delivery or e-books. "

Through interviews and literature review, the reporter learned that when books are put on the shelves, if there is no borrowing amount within a certain period of time, they will be defined as "zero borrowing" books, which are directly related to the supply and demand and distribution of collection resources.

Taking the collection of books in a normal school in the west as an example, in order to expand the coverage of books, the school has increased professional books such as industrial technology and medical and health care, but the books do not match the reading needs and professional adaptability of most readers, resulting in a structural imbalance between supply and demand of books. The borrowing amount of related books is less, which becomes a "sleeping" resource, which brings double waste of storage space and capital cost.

Some interviewees also said that there are some common problems in improving service and promoting development in university libraries, such as the pressure of "talents" and "funds".

"The number of staff in the editorial staff is decreasing year by year, the age is relatively large, and there are insufficient professionals. Some expanding and innovative businesses need professional talents to undertake, which affects the development of the business in the museum to some extent. " Huang Xiaoling said.

"There is some pressure on the library to purchase all kinds of documents." Wang Qiong believes that on the one hand, it takes a lot of manpower to carry out research and statistical analysis to select literature resources suitable for the development of disciplines and the needs of teaching and scientific research; On the other hand, the purchase price of database has increased sharply, which makes the original tight literature funds stretched. When purchasing foreign language databases, the change of exchange rate will also affect the collection decision.

Let "ten thousand mu of book fields" nourish young students

Ren Peng also has the time of "borrowing books but not allowed". Once, he especially wanted to borrow a management book, and searched for it in the main library and branch library for a long time, but found nothing. A few days later, he found that an activity-"Flash Borrowing of New Books" was launched in the library’s WeChat WeChat official account. He curiously clicked on the web page, entered his personal student number and password, followed the prompts to search for the title of the book and place an order, and even ordered it for free! He received the new book two days later.

It is understood that after upgrading the "new book flash loan" service in Hunan University Library, readers can choose their own books online, and the procurement costs are borne by the library. After receiving the new books, readers can read them and return them to the library within 30 days. The reporter learned that Henan University, Southeast University and other universities have also carried out similar activities, tailoring the service model of "you borrow books and I pay the bill" for teachers and students, and improving the service quality in the library while meeting individual needs.

How to further optimize the procurement process? Wang Qiong suggested that a book selection team should be composed of subject experts and readers’ representatives to provide professional advice and ensure the academic and use value of books. Pay attention to the development of emerging disciplines in time to improve the advanced and timeliness of library collection. Use big data information, such as borrowing volume and reading preference, to provide reference for purchasing decisions and meet the needs of discipline development. In addition, through the integration of paper and electricity procurement, increase the number of e-books to respond to readers’ requirements and adapt to the reading needs of the information age.

Huang Xiaoling was particularly impressed by an activity: "The school invited an expert from the Beijing legal field to give a lecture, and the scene was packed at that time. The reading statistics of the month show that the borrowing volume of legal books has increased to a certain extent compared with usual, which also shows that students’ reading interest has certain guidance. "

The reporter found that guiding students to participate in campus activities can promote the revitalization of library resources and expand reading space. For example, Beijing Normal University once held the activity of "Deep Lane Good Books" for "Zero Lending" books, and some "old books" with profound thoughts and profound connotations shook off dust and reappeared brilliance, attracting students’ attention. Another example is the "Knowledge Competition on Chinese Civilization" launched by Peking University Library, which guides students to review their knowledge and read extensively, thus enhancing their cultural self-confidence.

"We need to consider how to establish an organic connection between readers, authors and texts, so as not to make young people feel’ alienated’ when reading, but only to find chapters and sentences and even look at the text." Wang Junchao believes that the library can hold more activities such as editing and reading meetings, sharing meetings, opinion debates and new book promotion, and can also build a "physical public sphere" leading the cultural construction of colleges and universities through innovative book concepts such as "real-life library".

In 2021, the Ministry of Education proposed to encourage a group of colleges and universities to pilot the construction of "future learning centers" to provide opportunities for the digital transformation of university libraries. "We should innovate in providing high-quality digital resources and building smart libraries according to the needs of future teaching and scientific research, so as to build a new learning space integrating personalized smart services, professional teaching support and diversified learning scenarios." Wang Qiong is full of expectations.

From a national perspective, relevant policy initiatives are gradually improving: in 2020, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China issued the Opinions on Promoting Reading for All; In 2023, eight departments, including the Ministry of Education, issued the National Youth Students Reading Action Implementation Plan. In addition, the state has also set up special funds, innovated service carriers, established long-term mechanisms and other ways to unite various social forces, provide fresh water for young people to focus on reading, and make the "10,000 mu of book fields" in colleges and universities more vibrant.

There will be no contest in the next two years! These three questions require China women’s football team to think hard.

Reporter Jin Cuo reports On November 1 ST, Xiamen Egret Stadium, when the Australian referee blew the final whistle, Shui Qingxia first stamped, then stood still, and her face was full of unwillingness-the last Olympic preliminaries, China and South Korea 1-1, both out early. After the World Cup and the Asian Games, the women’s football team in China also suffered a failure in the Olympic preliminaries, because "all three failed".

China women’s football team will have no competition task for more than two years before the start of the 2026 Women’s Asian Cup. How to sink down and find the direction? What kind of road should we take? Who should lead the team on this new journey? This is everyone’s question, including Song Kai, the president of the Football Association, who watched the live broadcast.

In three matches, China women’s football team won 1, drew 1 and lost 1, which is in line with the current strength. There is no surprise, only confusion.

633 days ago, when the China women’s football team regained the Asian Cup championship in India after 16 years, the outside world thought that the sonorous rose had found the right girl, and it was just around the corner to rise again, but it was even hit, hurting many people and waking many people. It turned out that the Asian Cup champion was only a flash in the pan-it was also a fate, and a variety of coincidences made it that champion.

Shui Qingxia later said that she hoped the players would continue to work hard and "don’t lie on the credit book"-in the past, China women’s football team was "disdainful" to the Asian Cup champion to some extent, because we were fighting for the World Cup champion and the Olympic gold medal, but now we can’t even get into the Olympic Games.

A cruel fact is that the Asian Cup champion may be the "honor" ceiling of China women’s football team for quite some time.

Over the years, China women’s football team has given the outside world an illusion that our personal skills or basic skills are still good. But judging from the three competitions this year, the skills of China women’s football team are very poor! Sometimes, even if there is no confrontation, the basic movements are not in place. There are almost all the "faults" of men’s football and women’s football. Therefore, in China football, the so-called "masculinization" of women’s football is actually an irony.

Some people will say that, at least, the women’s football team in China fought hard, and there is no doubt about this. However, if there is only a "fighting spirit", it is sad, because you find that sometimes you can’t fight hard, and that’s the case with the World Cup against England, even though some players "deny it".

Of the 22 players selected for the Olympic preliminaries, there are really not many players who give people hope. Returning to the Women’s World Cup, we are thinking about a question. In the case that Europe and the United States are better than us, what direction should China women’s football team or Asia take? The Philippines and South Korea chose naturalization, while the direction of Japanese women’s football team is to continue to adhere to technicalization-and what about China women’s football team? This point, from one of the few players who has been unanimously affirmed by the outside world in the three competitions this year, may not be difficult to get the answer. You can vaguely see the shadow of the old women’s football team in her body.

In the next few years, we don’t have a big game to play. In fact, we can settle down and train well. Youth training is the foundation. At the level of the national team, whether many veterans will continue to be retained, or whether they will be given a heavy responsibility after being retained, their use, or role conversion, needs the coaching staff to think carefully and carefully-or, let’s just say it, let young people show more, and use it as the spirit of youth training to reshape the sonorous rose.

Some people may say that the Korean women’s football team is different from ours, but in fact, this "difference" is even more embarrassing-after four years of "closed door", North Korea returned to the rivers and lakes in the Asian Games and won the silver medal, and its strength is still the same. Moreover, it has completed the replacement. In this Olympic preliminaries, they reached the final four.

The living environment of Korean women’s football team is not clear to the outside world, but we know that there are no players studying abroad, and they all play in local leagues. One question is, is the level of Korean leagues higher than that of women? If so, doesn’t that mean that the league we have worked so hard to build is just a show?

But that’s the answer. Although the women’s super clubs didn’t get the bonus of "Jinyuan Football" in those years, most of them can survive now with government background. Moreover, because they undertake the task of the National Games, they are still valued to some extent, at least they won’t be easily abandoned. But the cruel fact is that the training level of the clubs, including women’s super clubs, is really not good, or even worse than that of the sports teams in those years.

The root cause is closely related to the level of coaches. An insider said: China’s local coaches prefer the men’s Super League, China A, China B and the echelon, and only when there is no place to go will they choose the women’s football team. Their level is not high, and even the coaches in the women’s football team are even lower. Even so, these coaches are highly mobile and can’t stay. So, will the players taught by this kind of coach have a future? Or "usable"?

Shui Qingxia, who has many years of coaching experience in the club, admits that the training level of women’s super teams is very average except for a few strong teams. Therefore, before the competition, she is more willing to let the players train for a long time, so that she can "make up lessons".

Of course, such a choice is only a kind of thinking, not a wooden bridge. For the women’s football team in China, it is actually possible to walk on two legs, one is focused training, and the other is continuous study abroad. Long-term training, there are many opponents of public opinion, but there are not a few supporters in the circle, especially in the local coach circle. It is even said that the way the national team plays women’s super is also an exploration. "Even if these people can’t play the main force in the future, they will at least increase the thickness of the bench."

As for studying abroad, most people agree with it, and it is already in action. In this Olympic preliminaries, China women’s football team has eight players studying abroad, plus injured Shoupeng Wang. The number is not small, but from the performance point of view, it does not show any advantages. It is a fact that few of our players studying abroad play a leading role in the club, and some even just play the role of soy sauce. It is useless for players to study abroad for the sake of studying abroad and for the sake of "making friends".

Therefore, in the future, studying abroad is not just a whim of a season, but requires continuous output, and at the same time, it is necessary to choose a more suitable club and league for players. It is necessary to help the players improve, but also to consider their own strength positioning, not to mention that studying abroad will definitely be able to play the main force-at least to compete for posts, rather than just blindly pursuing giants, so that the best results can be achieved.

After the Olympic preliminaries, Shui Qingxia and her coaching staff ended their mission. As for the future, she doesn’t know.

For Shui Qingxia, there is a lot of criticism from the outside world. She thinks that her level is limited and she can’t continue to improve women’s football. After the World Cup, there have been voices calling for her to leave class.

Shui Qingxia went through several twists and turns when she took office. After leading the United team to win the gold medal in the National Games, she did not sign up for the women’s football coach, but in the end, the senior management chose to push her to that position.

The level of Shui Qingxia’s coaching is different, but it is wrong to kill her with a stick. After all, the current women’s football team may not be better than her.

China women’s football team has a "gap period" of more than two years, so it doesn’t need to be so utilitarian. Next, it can be "managed" well, and the China Football Association should also consider whether to change coaches, and if so, what kind of coaches to change.

At present, there are several options for the future women’s football coach. One is to keep water to celebrate the summer; The second is to hire foreign coaches; The third is to choose local male coaches.

The three choices have their own reasons and disadvantages, but what the China Football Association should remember is that the women’s football team has been tossing and turning, and foreign coaches have invited it. The men have Bruno and Eyjolfsson, and the women have domanski and Elizabeth. The only successful one is Bruno. Unfortunately, because of the poor record in the warm-up match, the China Football Association and others dismissed it, resulting in FIFA; Local men’s coaches have also been used, such as Zhang Haitao and Pei Encai in the early days, Li Xiaopeng and Hao Wei later, and Jia Xiuquan recently. It is true that Ma Yuanan and Ma Liangxing have found the right pulse and are close to success, but what they do now may not be suitable.

Therefore, the future China women’s football team, the coach must "fit" or "adapt", but what kind of fit? This requires Song Kai and representatives from all aspects of the women’s football community to conduct in-depth research and communication, and listen to opinions widely. If Shuiqingxia does not stay, Japanese coach is actually a good choice.

Xicha launched a new spring series, four seasons spring upgrade and return to welcome the Spring Festival.

On February 22nd, Xicha launched a new spring product-Chunguang series, including Chunguang Kiwi Fruit, Chunguang (Qinglan Xiang) and Zhizhi Four Seasons Spring. The launch of this new product means the official return of the classic "Four Seasons Spring" tea. In order to fully display the unique flavor of this classic tea, Xicha has developed and upgraded the formula of four seasons spring tea for more than three months, bringing a more full and three-dimensional tea fragrance experience. The three products launched by Xicha this time cover refreshing fruit tea, light milk tea and cheese tea, presenting the tea fragrance of four seasons spring tea in different product forms, and bringing consumers the first touch of spring tea experience in the early spring. The upgrade and return of Sijichun tea and the product research and innovation around this tea once again reflect the product trend that Xicha continues to lead the "return to tea", allowing consumers to experience China tea in a younger and daily way.

Innovative product collocation presents the fragrance of four seasons spring tea in all directions

Based on the self-developed and upgraded Four Seasons Spring tea, Xicha has launched three products, including Chunguang Kiwi Fruit, Chunguang (Qinglanxiang) and Zhizhi Four Seasons Spring, with its innovative strength in product research and development. The three products cover refreshing fruit tea, light milk tea and cheese tea. Hi-tea with real quality raw materials such as real fruit and real milk presents the tea fragrance of four seasons spring tea in different product forms, bringing consumers the first cup of spring tea experience in the early spring.

Among them, Chunguang Kiwi uses Four Seasons Spring tea to innovate with fresh Kiwi, bringing a refreshing spring experience in the New Year with refreshing fresh fruit tea. Hi-tea uses kiwifruit produced in zhouzhi county, Shaanxi, a well-known producing area, and its pulp is tender and juicy, with moderate sweetness and sourness. Xicha goes deep into the upstream producing area to strictly control the quality of the fruit, and selects the fruit picked after about 170 days of full bloom. The average weight of a single fruit is not less than 76 grams, and the sugar content is not less than 11. In terms of product mix, Xicha uses fresh kiwi fruit pulp mixed with Sijichun tea to make ice sand, which retains the sweet and sour flavor of kiwi fruit pulp, and the rich fruit aroma blends with fresh tea rhyme, and each bite is a refreshing spring fresh experience.

Chunguang (Qinglanxiang) is another innovative exploration of hi-tea in light milk tea category. Classic Four Seasons Spring Tea with Hi-Tea, a new special milk for tea-3.8 Yuan Mu Zhen Milk, has a refreshing and melodious overall taste, bringing a warm and mellow taste of spring. As a classic product of hi-tea, Zhizhi Four Seasons Spring has returned together this time. Four Seasons Spring Tea Soup collides with Zhizhi, the first creation of Xicha, and the fragrant tea blends with mellow cheese fragrance and milk fragrance, bringing a classic cheese tea flavor experience.

Xicha also invited Greg Han Hsu, an artist, as the "Joy Brand Ambassador" to bring consumers a spring-like feeling with her fresh temperament and infectious smile. Xicha has also launched a signature version of Greg Han Hsu’s Spring Cup and customized paper bags, as well as the Shankar with the fragrance of four seasons of spring tea, so that consumers can fully feel the unique flavor of four seasons of spring.

Four seasons spring upgrade and return to self-developed tea formula, tea fragrance is more full.

With the launch of new spring series products, the "Four Seasons Spring", the classic tea base of Xicha, has officially returned. In 2016, Xicha customized the launch of the Four Seasons Spring Tea Base. This tea from Taiwan Province, Baodao, has the charm of oolong tea and the fragrance of green tea. After listing, it won unanimous love from consumers and became a classic true tea base of Xicha. After a short period of removal, consumers continued to call for the return of the Four Seasons Spring on social media. Nowadays, the returned Sijichun tea not only retains its original unique flavor, but also has been upgraded, and the overall tea flavor is more full and stereoscopic.

It is understood that this time, Xicha has carried out a brand-new R&D upgrade for the formula of four-season spring tea, making the overall tea flavor more full and three-dimensional. Tea-loving lasted for more than three months. Based on the tea produced by tea gardens in Taiwan Province, China and other places, more than 100 samples were tested. Finally, the formula of four-season spring tea with the best flavor was developed, which made the unique orchid fragrance and milk fragrance of the new four-season spring more obvious and more suitable for the matching needs of brand-new product forms.

In terms of tea production process, Xicha Sijichun tea has maintained strict standards as always, bringing true quality and natural tea fragrance. There are more than 20 production processes in Four Seasons Spring, and each link has strict requirements. For example, tea leaves are picked with one bud, three or four leaves to ensure the thick taste of oolong tea; In the process of shaking green, fresh leaves should turn yellow-green, and the veins should be bright, even and moderate; The green-fixing process requires that the tea leaves turn dark green, the leaves are soft, the stems are constantly bent, and the aroma of tea varieties is transformed into cooked aroma.

Innovative explosions, constant love for tea, leading the new trend of tea products returning to tea.

The upgrade and return of the classic tea base and the hot sale of new products once again reflect the strength of innovation and explosive products. Through these innovative explosive products, Xicha continues to lead the product trend of returning to tea, allowing consumers to experience China tea in a younger and daily way.

For a long time, Xicha has continuously innovated the application of raw materials and structural collocation of tea, so that consumers can feel the charm of China tea through new tea products. In terms of raw material application and innovation, Xicha constantly innovates key raw materials such as milk and tea. In 2023, Xicha R&D launched the industry’s first new real milk for tea, with a protein content as high as 3.8g/100mL, which is more suitable for the flavor needs of light milk tea and other products. For the tea base, Xicha has previously customized and launched classic teas such as Four Seasons Spring, Jinfeng Tea King and Luyan. In 2023, Xicha continued to innovate, introduce and apply nearly 20 kinds of tea raw materials, involving oolong tea, Pu ‘er tea, white tea and other types. Tea gardens are distributed in 12 tea core producing areas in five provinces including Fujian and Guangdong.

(Photo: Xicha developed and launched the first real milk for new tea)

In terms of product structure, Xicha continuously carries out R&D and innovation, and introduces new product categories such as thick milk tea and tea buchino. Among them, tea buchino is a brand-new category inspired by "cappuccino" in fine coffee, which is introduced in Xicha Tea House, showing a new product structure of top-level milk foam, middle-level fresh tea soup and bottom-level milk bottom. Tea Buchino has been awarded the "First Certification" by Jost Sullivan, an international authoritative consulting organization.

Based on these innovative measures, the explosive products launched by Xicha, such as Tianqingyu, Xiaomai Mo, Lantingxu Tea Bucino (Lanmi Xiang), are deeply loved by consumers. Among them, Xiaomai Mo sold nearly 3 million cups in the first week of the new year, and Xicha Tea House Guangzhou Store sent nearly 2,000 cups of fresh tea Bucino in a single day. Through the launch of these innovative and explosive products, Xicha also continues to lead the trend of "returning to tea" products, explore new application methods of traditional tea in China, promote new tea to enter more people’s daily lives, and help new tea products become more daily.

Reporting/feedback

8.1 points! The high-profile Dear Child does not stop there.

Special feature of 1905 film network The series "Dear Children" is coming to an end, and Douban officially scored 8.1 points, becoming the most popular film and television drama in the recent series.

During the broadcast, "the realism of life" and "selling anxiety" became the key points of discussion for many netizens.

Anxiety or truth, this series of feedback proves that this series is excellent in drama. In fact, the drama "Dear Children" was adapted from a film written and directed by the director, which won the Silver Bear Award for Best Screenplay at the 58th Berlin International Film Festival.

Compared with movies and TV series adapted from the same IP, this kind of film-changing drama is not common, but it has a long tradition. Everyone is familiar with and adapted from The Partner.

There are successes and failures.A 2-hour volume video work, expandedZhangsucceedWhat’s the difference between more than 20 episodes and even more than 30 episodes? What’s the difference between it and the same IP adaptation drama?

What has been changed in Dear Child?

If the length of the novel is the key to the adaptation of the film drama, then the limitation of the film itself will inevitably require addition and expansion in the process of adaptation into the film drama.

As far as Dear Children is concerned, the original film was 115 minutes long. At present, there are 34 episodes, with a single episode of about 45 minutes, and the overall duration is about 1539 minutes, that is, 25.5 hours.

The plot of the movie Left and Right is not complicated. It tells the story of the woman Zhu and her ex-husband who divorced for many years and reorganized their families. However, at this time, her daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, and ordinary chemotherapy did not control her condition well. In the absence of a match, Meizhu proposed to re-conceive a child with her ex-husband.

At that time, when the film was released, it caused a social discussion about morality and ethics.

Just from the current point of view, the controversy about this work remains the same, but it has gradually shifted from the original to the discussion of the family itself.

On the main characters, the drama has not changed the characters in the original film, and still focuses on the heroine, and revolves around the four-person relationship with her husband, ex-husband and ex-husband wife. Even in addition to the name of the hostess, the names of the other three roles have not changed.

Only on this basis, the drama broadens the family network and social relations of the four characters.

The addition of this character makes the dispute between the two families in the original story closer to reality. It has really become a story of three generations, and at the same time, the plot of letting the woman take her children to remarry has been discussed.

In particular, the intervention of the hostess and husband, the handling of the relationship between aunt and sister-in-law, and the life of a large family under the eaves have also added the original lack of fireworks to the story itself. Pull this extraordinary story directly to the audience.

Interestingly, the actress who plays the wife’s husband and sister in the drama series is the heroine in the movie Left and Right. The ex-husband who played in the drama series also made a guest appearance in the movie.

The addition of characters directly enriches the plot itself. In the 34 episodes, more than half of the length is to expand the pre-history of the film, showing the audience the reasons for the divorce of the woman and her ex-husband, as well as the problems faced by the new family after their respective reorganization.

At the same time, the group images of characters have been more vividly expressed and displayed, and the audience has more thinking and authentication on each character’s personality. Judging from the current development of the plot, the story has been synchronized with the movie plot, which is only the foreshadowing of various branches left by the series at present, and is still the key to the subsequent plot development.

The most important thing is that the film left an open ending at that time. Can a clearer ending be given in the TV series?

What is the key to changing movies into dramas?

In fact, whether an IP novel is adapted into a film or television work, or a movie is changed into a drama, or a drama is changed into a movie, it is essentially an adaptation behavior for a screenwriter.

These projects can be noticed by the producers because the projects themselves have received enough attention and recognition in the market. After having a certain reputation and influence, the formation of this kind of adaptation is naturally a natural result.

Not only the movie "Left and Right", but also other movie IP adapted into drama series have been recognized by the market. Until now, it is still a masterpiece repeatedly mentioned by many viewers.

Due to the limitation of the length of the film, it is inevitable that some plots will be taken over by simple words in the narrative of the story. However, the adaptation process of the series can also leave enough capacity for these previously neglected plot points to be explained in a wider dimension, and at the same time make up for the logic and character shaping sacrificed because of the length of the film version.

However, compared with the adaptation of novels, it is not so difficult for movies and dramas to change each other.

Xiao Shang, who is engaged in drama planning, told us that when the novel is adapted from IP, the creative team will consider readers’ certain ideas about the existence of words, but there are 1000 Hamlet for 1000 readers, so it can be broken and reorganized, and it can also follow the original rules. However, film-to-drama is different, and excellent film works have built more specific pictures in the audience’s minds. This preconceived content has become the difficulty of breaking the reorganization.

For example, the TV series Partners, which was broadcast before, was adapted from the movie Partners in China. It is still the story of three young entrepreneurs, but the creative background was changed to Internet entrepreneurship, which reappeared a dream-building period of passionate young people in the late 1990s.

However, this change has also caused many viewers to vomit, and there are many dissatisfaction with the details of life that have not been controlled well in the drama.

Adapted from the movie of the same name, the drama "Return to 20" is no longer the personal transformation journey of the 70-year-old grandmother. In the drama, her husband Xiang Dahai is also rejuvenated together. Together, they re-pursue themselves, redeem their love and work together to help their granddaughter realize her musical dream. Interestingly, both the film version and the drama version play the role of grandma.

After the series was broadcast, the reputation was average. The public did not have too many suggestions on the plot this time, but the actor’s acting skills became the key to criticism.

In the movie and drama works under the same IP, the actors’ acting skills are always on the same level for comparison. This contrast is also true in The Partner.

Breaking the preconceived ideas of the audience is the biggest challenge facing the film reform drama.

Judging from the current works, most of these works have found a suitable outlet in the adaptation and creation, but the feasibility of this method has not been recognized by the audience.

The future of film reform drama

Dear Children will not be an orphan. Earlier, many film companies, such as Bona Film and Huayi Brothers, announced plans to adapt their popular movies into TV series. And other plays, all appear in the corresponding film list.

From the perspective of the overall market, the film drama is the general trend, but in the face of this phenomenon, Xiao Shang also talked about his own concerns. "For the current market, there are not many original works. In recent years, IP adaptation has been repeatedly mentioned, and the film drama itself has been over-strengthened, but it is worried about the backlog of original works space. "

Of course, in the face of the current market, the audience wants to see the emotions that are synchronized with the times, and good original works can also become the content that is constantly mentioned by everyone. Minning Town and The Awakeing Age are good examples.

Film drama should be a kind of enrichment and supplement for the market. Only by making good use of IP can we make it a good helper for propaganda works. Otherwise, blindly pursuing IP value will only make everyone feel that it is "fried rice".

Don’t want to work on Monday? Maybe it’s not laziness, but …

Tired, tired, and unwilling to work, it seems that the body is "hollowed out"……

Is that you who tried to move bricks on Monday?Don't want to work on Monday? Maybe it's not laziness, but ...

Do you know that?/You know what? Not wanting to go to work every day may not be because of laziness, but also because of "job burnout".

Don't want to work on Monday? Maybe it's not laziness, but ...

Today, I will give you a popular science job burnout!

Under what circumstances can it lead to job burnout?

Job burnout, also known as "job burnout", refers to the exhaustion of physical and mental strength and passion caused by long-term pressure. There are many factors related to job burnout:

  • Have no control over the progress of the work

I can’t arrange my own work schedule. I am very idle when I go to work. When I get off work, I suddenly have a lot of work. Often working overtime without psychological preparation may lead to job burnout.

  • Poor working environment

Every day, leaders hold meetings and reprimand, the relationship between colleagues is not harmonious, and there is no room for development in their careers, which will make employees become cynical.

  • Lack of social support

The more lonely you are in your work and personal life, the more likely you are to experience job burnout. Single and divorced people are more likely to have job burnout.

  • Heavy workload and unbalanced life.

If the work intensity is high and takes up a lot of non-work time and energy, people will be bored with their work, and job burnout may occur.

Don't want to work on Monday? Maybe it's not laziness, but ...

  • Occupation type

A boring job that requires high concentration is easy to make people feel tired. A job that repeats simple labor lacks a sense of professional honor and is prone to job burnout.

  • No career planning

I don’t know what my goal is, and I don’t have a career plan.

  • personal element

Depressive personality and emotional instability are also related to job burnout.

When is the high incidence of job burnout?

Young people are more prone to job burnout.

In 2004, a job burnout survey report in China showed that the proportion of job burnout in the first four years of work was as high as 46.6%; After working for 5 years, it dropped significantly; The degree of job burnout is the lowest after working for more than 16 years.

What effect does job burnout have on health?

Job burnout can affect all aspects of work and life;

Yeah, workFeeling bored and boring, slacking, lacking a sense of accomplishment, being in a bad mood in front of colleagues and customers, losing motivation and having difficulty in concentrating.

Don't want to work on Monday? Maybe it's not laziness, but ...

In lifeIt is manifested in eating high-calorie foods (carbonated drinks, fried foods, etc.), changing sleep habits, becoming picky in personality, and often experiencing various physical discomfort (headaches or gastrointestinal problems, etc.).

When job burnout is serious, it may also affect physical health. It leads to an increase in the prevalence of diseases such as heart disease, hypertension and type 2 diabetes, and can also lead to mental and psychological diseases such as fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and depression, and alcohol abuse.

How to overcome and alleviate it?

(1) Work units should be aware of the dangers of job burnout.

Job burnout can infect each other in a subtle way, leading to the inefficiency of the whole team.

Units or departments should reasonably arrange working hours and intensity to provide employees with a comfortable working environment and broad room for growth. To understand the needs of employees, this demand is not necessarily money, but may be personal development and the realization of self-worth. Regularly evaluate the stress of employees, and a good team culture helps to reduce the work pressure.

(2) Do a good job in your own position and personal career planning.

You can’t deny your own value or expect too much. Plan your goals at ordinary times, improve your professional skills, recharge while working, and grow under pressure.

Don't want to work on Monday? Maybe it's not laziness, but ...

(3) manage your emotions.

Try not to be emotional at work. Try not to judge when dealing with people and things around you. Don’t complain blindly in the face of setbacks.

(4) Do more physical exercise and relaxation activities to cultivate your hobbies.

Regular physical exercise, especially exercise above moderate intensity, can relieve stress. Dancing, yoga, outdoor walking, deep breathing and listening to music are also helpful to relax. Playing the piano, calligraphy, painting, flower cultivation and photography can also relieve emotions.

(5) Maintain healthy eating habits.

Some people come home from work, like to fall down on the sofa to catch up with dramas or play games, while eating high-calorie junk food and drinking fat house happy water;

Some people like to smoke to refresh themselves when they are tired from work, or have a few drinks with three or five friends to relax;

……

But in fact, bad eating habits, tobacco and alcohol can lead to obesity and other health problems.

Don't want to work on Monday? Maybe it's not laziness, but ...

(6) Don’t stay up late

Ensure a high-quality sleep of about 8 hours every night.

(7) Seek support and help from others.

Talk to people who really care about you (friends and family) about your current thoughts and feelings, and seek the help of a psychologist if necessary.

Independent research and development, driven by innovation, Betani, the leader of domestic beauty cosmetics, leads a new era of functional skin care development.

At the moment when consumer demand is changing and efficiency is paramount, Betani, the leader of domestic beauty products, is stepping out of a development path with technology first and innovation leading.

Recently, Betaine’s new raw materials, the extract of Erigeron breviscapus and the extract of Lychee grass, were put on record in National Medical Products Administration, and entered a three-year monitoring period, which means another major breakthrough in Betaine’s scientific research in the field of skin care.

Under the market trend of efficacy skin care, plant raw materials have become a force that cannot be ignored in the filing of new raw materials, and more and more enterprises have realized the importance of raw material innovation. The new raw materials of erigeron breviscapus extract and lychee herb extract are on the market, which is of great significance for the efficacy of products to reach a higher level and seize the market of skin care raw materials.

At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the list of national technological innovation demonstration enterprises in 2023, and Betani was approved as one of 68 technological innovation demonstration enterprises. This is another national honor recently won by the company after passing the accreditation of the national industrial design center, showing its leading position in technological innovation capability and transformation of innovation achievements.

In the beauty market where homogenization is becoming more and more serious and stock competition is becoming more and more fierce, only enterprises with profound R&D strength and solid brand influence can stand out in the market competition, which is the advantage that Betani has. As a leading enterprise in the sensitive muscle beauty sub-industry, Betani relies on Yunnan’s natural plant resources and research and development of China’s characteristic plant raw materials to provide solutions to skin problems from the plant kingdom, which is worthy of the name of "the head geese".

Natural ingredients are favored, backed by Yunnan, with rare plants.

With the frequent capital operation and the accelerated entry of enterprises, the domestic beauty industry has become more and more "involuted". According to the data of Tianyancha, at least 6,500 cosmetic enterprises established in the past year have been cancelled, and the cancellation of enterprises or stores whose business scope includes "cosmetics" has exceeded 10,000, which means that the life span of these enterprises is less than one year.

With the change of consumer demand from "phenomenon" and "scene" to scientific rationality, natural green skin care products with efficacy and safety have become more popular among consumers, and pure natural plant ingredients have become a "sharp blade" for enterprises to stand out from the encirclement. Skin care products manufacturers began to return to the products themselves, focusing on technology research and development, and the natural ingredients of "plant raw materials" were gradually washed away and returned to their original hearts.

According to the relevant statistics of Markets and Markets, the global market size of plant extracts is expected to reach 58.4 billion US dollars in 2025, which is about 426.4 billion yuan. Domestic skin care products manufacturers are also following the news: The Catalogue of Used Cosmetic Raw Materials (2021 Edition) published by National Medical Products Administration shows that the number of used raw materials of cosmetics produced and sold in China has increased to 8,972, including nearly 3,000 kinds of plant raw materials, accounting for about one third.

Although China has a tradition of plant research and medicinal use, it is still in a late position in today’s technical conditions and market environment, especially in the application of plant extraction and separation technology and the middle and lower reaches. At the same time, the blank market also provides a breakthrough point for brands and factories, which is expected to help China’s characteristic plant raw materials to establish a global advantage.

In this international competition, Betani in China has become one of the best, shouldering the banner of domestic plant raw material research. With the platform advantage of Yunke Characteristic Plant Extraction Laboratory and the abundant plant resources in Yunnan, Betani R&D team conducted in-depth excavation of Yunnan characteristic plants, explored the main raw materials for skin care, such as Fructus Zanthoxyli oil and Portulaca oleracea extract, and clarified their effective concentration in principle, setting an industry benchmark for domestic plant raw material R&D enterprises in China.

Yunnan, with its diverse climate and unique advantages, is undoubtedly a fertile land. Plants including tropical, subtropical, temperate and even cold zones are bred here, and there are countless rare species. Among them, Erigeron breviscapus, also known as Erigeron breviscapus, brings the answer to skin rejuvenation and high energy activity as its name suggests. Experiments show that the extract of Erigeron breviscapus not only has obvious inhibitory effect on various inflammatory factors, but also shows excellent soothing and anti-inflammatory effects, and can effectively control skin oil and enhance the protection of skin barrier.

However, Lychee grass, which has the alias of "Snow Grass", has the effect of "fire extinguisher" on the skin. Touching the skin is like encountering a "first snow", which can quickly cool the skin, relieve the hot, painful and itchy state of sensitive muscles, effectively reduce the content of fat drops, reduce the oily state of the skin, and open a new experience of soothing and caring.

The filing of the two new raw materials in National Medical Products Administration will not only help Betani to develop new products that meet the multi-dimensional needs of consumers and enhance the company’s market competitiveness, but also effectively enhance the added value of plant resources in Yunnan Province, promote the industrialization of Yunnan’s characteristic plants, and promote the development of health industry through scientific research.

The filing of cosmetic raw materials is becoming stricter, and the policy encourages accelerating innovative research and development.

Under the market trend that efficacy skin care is becoming the mainstream day by day, plant raw materials have become a force that cannot be ignored in the filing of new raw materials, and more and more enterprises have realized the importance of raw material innovation. Especially in today’s cosmetics industry, the supervision has been strengthened and the filing of raw materials has become stricter. The filing of two raw materials has injected vitality into Bettini’s participation in the competition of skin care track dominated by plant raw materials.

Since the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" was promulgated in 2021, cosmetics have entered the era of strict supervision. On November 10th, 2023, National Medical Products Administration issued "Announcement on Issues Related to Encouraging Innovation and Standardizing Management of New Cosmetic Raw Materials". The announcement pointed out that the drug regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision and management of new raw materials and related products, and strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the registration, use and safety of new raw materials for cosmetics, which shows that the management of raw materials for related enterprises has received great attention.

On the one hand, it is compliance supervision and on the other hand, it is support and encouragement. From the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics issued by the State Council to encourage and support the use of modern science and technology, combined with traditional advantageous projects and characteristic plant resources in China, to the Action Plan for High-quality Development of Cosmetic Industry in Shanghai, it is proposed to strengthen the research on new raw materials, functional raw materials, flavors and fragrances and China characteristic plant resources, which shows that the central and local governments encourage the development and utilization of characteristic plant resources, thus pointing out the direction for innovative research and development of new raw materials for cosmetics.

Since its establishment, Betani has keenly captured consumers’ attention to product ingredients and formulas in the China market, and actively devoted herself to the basic research of functional skin care products. Based on the characteristic plants such as Celastrus angulatus, Portulaca oleracea, camellia yunnanensis, Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis, and Physalis alkekengi, she has carried out a large number of independent research and development related to the efficacy of relieving inflammation, anti-aging, barrier repair, plant preservation, plant acne removal and plant sun protection, and initially realized the industrialization of plant screening and extraction.

Take Winona’s star product, Shu Min Moisturizing Special Cream, as an example. The core ingredients of this product come from the extracts of Fructus Lycii and Portulaca oleracea produced in Yunnan, which not only has excellent repairing and soothing effects, but also meets the consumers’ demands for efficacy and naturalness to the greatest extent, making it a leader among similar skin care products.

In terms of sensitive skin problems, Betani continues to explore and propose new solutions. In July, 2023, the company was invited to participate in the 25th World Dermatology Conference held in Singapore. Based on the "four-in-one" whitening mechanism proposed by Professor He Li, the leader of the innovation team of the Ministry of Education, Winona released a new whitening and whitening essence, which can inhibit pigment synthesis, reduce the inflammatory reaction, reduce the proliferation and expansion of blood vessels and repair the skin barrier.

With long-term deep cultivation in the field of sensitive skin care, Betani’s market share is growing. According to Euromonitor data, from 2013 to 2022, the compound annual growth rate of China Dermocosmetics Skin Care market scale was 24.9%, while Winona’s terminal retail sales increased from 0.8 billion yuan to 6.62 billion yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 63.0%. The market share of Dermocosmetics Skin Car in China increased from 2.1% to 23.2%, ranking first in the market share for four consecutive years.

Abundant clinical and academic resources, increase investment to break technical difficulties.

The extraction process of plant raw materials is a complex art. The whole process will go through solvent extraction, mechanical crushing, mechanical pressing, distillation and other technological means, and the vitality and essence of plants will be extracted with ingenious techniques to provide vibrant raw materials for cosmetics.

This process is not simple. From a technical point of view, the current research on plant raw materials is still in its infancy in terms of basic research depth and innovation, and it is generally faced with problems in safety, efficacy and stability, and the relevant standards are still in the formative stage, which has caused the phenomenon of insufficient stamina for the differentiation research of plant raw materials.

This is why skin care faucets such as Betani have accelerated the pace of extraction and research and development of plant raw materials. From 2017 to 2022, Betani’s R&D staff increased from 64 to 391, accounting for 6.1% to 12.8%; The amount of R&D investment increased from 29 million yuan to 278 million yuan, and the proportion of operating income increased from 3.6% to 5.6%.

Because the sensitive muscle maintenance industry has certain medical and health attributes, it is easier for enterprises jointly developed and cooperated with authoritative organizations to gain the trust of consumers in the components, functions and treatment methods of sensitive muscle maintenance-related products. By the end of 2022, Betani had completed clinical research and effect observation of dermatology in 63 hospitals, published 184 papers in SCI and core journals, and participated in the formulation of 31 group standards of efficacy skin care products in China, which was fruitful in clinical data and academic resources.

Moreover, the company held the China Sensitive Skin Summit Forum for four consecutive years, and invited authoritative dermatologists to discuss the latest research results of sensitive skin. In addition, Winona brand has deepened its professional image in the minds of doctors and consumers and led the development of the industry by publishing foreword insights. In 2023, the 4th China Sensitive Skin Summit Forum and TMIC released the White Paper on the Development Trend of Pan-sensitivity in 2023, and together with Dr. Lilac, created the New Concept of Sensitive and Pan-sensitive Skin Care.

In February last year, Betani’s Yunnan Characteristic Plant Extraction Laboratory was approved as the "National Standard Sample Calibration Laboratory for Natural Products", becoming the 37th institution awarded by the National Standard Technical Committee’s Professional Working Group for Natural Products Standard Samples. On November 30th, the company won the honorary title of "National Industrial Design Center", demonstrating its outstanding strength in innovative R&D and design.

Under the background of the upgrading of consumer demand, the favor of natural raw material products and the strengthening of industry supervision, the competition point of domestic beauty enterprises has gradually changed from marketing flow to the product’s own efficacy. Nowadays, Betani, a domestic beauty leader who insists on independent research and development and attaches importance to the innovative development of plant raw materials, is leading a new era of functional skin care development, and is expected to achieve greater development with gradually deepening brand influence and increasingly sufficient technical reserves.

The chaos of the old scooter: the cottage "Lamborghini" sells well for 29 thousand.

CCTV News:In recent years, many four-wheeled vehicles have appeared around us unconsciously, which look like cars and are one size smaller than cars, and the words "old scooter" are often marked in the prominent position of the car body. Sometimes these cars run parallel to motor vehicles, and sometimes they drive on sidewalks and bicycle lanes, and they walk freely through the streets and alleys of the city.

△ At an intersection in Beijing, four-wheeled vehicles repeatedly violated regulations.

So what exactly is this four-wheeled vehicle? Why can you drive on the road so willfully?

The mystery of the life experience of "old scooter"

During the visit, the reporter found that there are still many places to distribute this kind of car in Beijing. This kind of car is actually a low-speed four-wheel electric vehicle. It first came into the public eye as an "old scooter" around 2012, and the "old scooter" evolved from an electric wheelchair with a speed basically controlled below 10 kilometers per hour and belonging to medical devices.

△ "Old scooter" evolved from electric wheelchair.

Around 2012, after continuous modification, the "old scooter" has been very close to ordinary motor vehicles, powered by electric energy, and the maximum speed can reach about 40 kilometers per hour.

In the past few days, the reporter visited a number of dealers and found that the sales of this kind of car in recent years are quite amazing. According to a first-class dealer of a certain brand, he sold 1,600 cars a year. When it was hot, he had to queue up to buy a car and sell one, but his sales were not the most.

According to rough statistics, in Beijing, there are at least ten primary dealers of a certain brand of electric vehicles with an annual sales volume of over 1,000 units, and there are several secondary distributors under each primary dealer; In addition to a few big brands of low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles, there are a large number of brand-name cars flooding the market. In recent years, low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles are growing at a high speed with an annual growth rate of tens of thousands in Beijing. The reason why it is still sold in the name of "old scooter" is that manufacturers and distributors have their own purposes.

You can drive without a license? The treatment of scooter is very "special"

Why can the so-called "old scooter" be sold so hot? The reporter consulted a number of dealers as buyers in Beijing, and all told reporters without exception: you can drive on the road without a license or a driver’s license! So is this the case? The reporter interviewed several car owners at random, and most car owners have not encountered inspection. A car owner who asked not to be named told reporters that if you want to buy a motor vehicle in Beijing, you must participate in the lottery, but you can’t shake it after several years, and finally you have no choice but to choose a low-speed four-wheel electric vehicle. In addition to not having to shake the license plate, car owners told reporters that the low cost of car use is also a major reason why they choose this kind of vehicle. First of all, the price of about 30,000 to 40,000 is close to the people. Secondly, the cost of running a hundred kilometers with full electricity is seven or eight yuan.

According to the Road Traffic Safety Law and relevant regulations of Beijing, this kind of vehicle is recognized as a motor vehicle in Beijing. In the past two years, the traffic control department of Beijing has also strictly investigated the illegal behavior of such vehicles on the road, but in fact, except for the core sections such as Chang’ an Street, such vehicles are still popular in the city.

In addition, in order to attract consumers, some dealers have also launched preferential activities to buy cars and send insurance. So what kind of insurance is this gift? China implements the compulsory motor vehicle third-party liability insurance system, in order to ensure the liability of the insured motor vehicle to compensate the victims for personal injury and property losses caused by road traffic accidents. The so-called third party liability insurance given by the dealer is not motor vehicle insurance, but actually a personal accident insurance, and once an accident occurs, the amount of compensation is very limited.

There are no national standards for industries with different policies in different places.

The reporter contacted a number of electric vehicle dealers in Beijing and conducted a test drive on a variety of low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles. It was found that the top speed of these electric vehicles can generally reach about 40 kilometers per hour. At present, the management standards for low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles are not uniform in different places. For example, in Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Sichuan and other places, such low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles can be licensed and can drive on the road, but in Beijing, Shanghai and other places, such vehicles are prohibited from illegally driving on the road.

In China, domestic automobiles are certified by Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products and China Compulsory Certification, that is, 3C certification. The public security traffic control department will take the Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products regularly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the basis for the registration of such vehicles. But at present, no low-speed four-wheel electric vehicle has passed these two certifications, that is to say, the country has not recognized it as a motor vehicle.

On the one hand, the speed of low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles far exceeds the national standard that the speed of "old scooter" is less than 10 kilometers per hour. On the other hand, low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles do not belong to the category of motor vehicles in theory. This means that the low-speed four-wheel electric vehicle is currently in the gray area between the "old scooter" and the motor vehicle.

The cottage Lamborghini only sells for 29 thousand

The reporter found through investigation that at present, most of these low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles on the market are produced in Shandong, Jiangsu, Hebei and other places. Among them, Shandong Province, as the "birthplace" of low-speed electric vehicles, ranks first in the country in terms of industrial scale. According to the data released by Shandong Automobile Industry Association, the output of low-speed electric vehicles in Shandong Province reached 347,000 in 2015, and the market of low-speed electric vehicles in Shandong Province maintained rapid growth for four consecutive years from 2012 to 2015, with a year-on-year increase. What about the production and sales there?

Wucheng County, Dezhou City, located at the junction of Shandong and Hebei provinces, is famous for its automobile parts production. In recent years, Wucheng County has rapidly developed into the largest low-speed four-wheel electric vehicle manufacturing base in Shandong and even the whole country. On the grounds of talking about agency, the reporter contacted a manufacturer located in the old town of Wucheng County. From the county seat, less than 20 kilometers away, there are no fewer than 20 large and small electric vehicle manufacturers. Some manufacturers just sell cars in a facade room in front, and then set up a shed at the back to start making cars.

Subsequently, the reporter came to the factory contacted in advance. As soon as he entered the factory, he saw a forklift truck being busy loading and delivering goods. Two workers in the workshop were installing an electric car that looked like a Ford Carnival. In order to show their strength, the sales manager also showed reporters a new model they are developing, which looks like Lamborghini and costs only 29 thousand.

This low-speed electric car, which looks like a sports car, is a new product being developed by the manufacturer. The sales manager told the reporter that the car is currently in the debugging stage, and they can mass-produce it at any time if there is an order. For these manufacturers of low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles, batteries and other parts are ready-made, and the biggest research and development cost is the appearance of the vehicle.

The production of "old scooter" is made of unqualified iron.

In the workshops of many manufacturers visited by the reporter, there are all kinds of models such as Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford Carnival, etc., and the car bodies made of iron sheets occupy the mainstream of the market. According to the reporter’s visual inspection, the thickness of these iron sheets used to wrap the car bodies is no more than 2 mm, and no safety test has been done.

The sales manager told the reporter that with the strength of their factory, it is not a problem to produce 20 cars a day. If the order quantity is large, they can also produce together with several small factories around them to ensure timely delivery. On the business license displayed by the manufacturer, the reporter found that this manufacturer does not have the relevant qualifications to produce four-wheeled electric vehicles. The reporter searched the registration data of dozens of electric vehicle enterprises in Wucheng County, including local first-class manufacturers such as Dexing, Weikerui and Xinaoyu, and found that the production and business scope of these automobile enterprises is only off-highway tourism sightseeing bus or indoor sightseeing bus, and does not include the R&D and production license of four-wheel electric vehicles. That is to say, these automobile enterprises all produce low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles with the qualification of producing sightseeing bus, and this phenomenon is also common in other parts of the country.

How to solve the chaos of the old scooter?

On July 29th this year, Shandong Province issued an urgent investigation notice for low-speed electric vehicles, and investigation teams composed of departments such as letter, quality inspection, public security, industry and commerce went to all parts of Shandong Province to investigate the production and sales of low-speed electric vehicles, so as to provide a basis for formulating management opinions on low-speed electric vehicles in Shandong Province in the next step. And where should the low-speed four-wheel electric vehicle go next?

Professor Shi Jing from Tsinghua University Transportation Research Institute said that relevant departments should make more efforts in management instead of simply banning it. He believes that to solve the management problem of low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles, one is to solve its safety problem, that is, to reduce the speed, and the other is to solve the order problem, which can be managed according to the motor vehicle number plate.

In addition, the reporter learned from the National Standards Committee that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology had submitted the national standard project "Technical Conditions for Four-wheel Low-speed Electric Passenger Cars" at the beginning of this year. In April this year, the National Standards Committee also solicited opinions on the project for the society and is currently organizing and handling the opinions received. In the next step, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standards Committee will steadily promote the formulation of national standards, hoping to introduce relevant management regulations as soon as possible, so that the elderly scooter will no longer drive at will and reduce potential safety hazards.
