  Hydrocarbon-based biodiesel is produced by hydrodeoxygenation of waste oils such as gutter oil, palm acidified oil and rancid oil. Its chemical composition is very close to that of diesel oil, and it can be blended with diesel oil in any proportion. It is a strategic product of bioenergy industry.

  In November 2023, the National Energy Administration issued the Notice on Launching Pilot Demonstration of Biodiesel Popularization and Application. At the beginning of April this year, 22 pilot projects, including Haidian District in Beijing, were successfully selected. Among them, Beijing Haixin Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Haidian District State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd., which participated in the declaration and later construction, and the pilot project of biodiesel in Juxian County, Shandong Province were successfully listed. It is understood that the pilot project in Haidian District launched this time will build a closed-loop application scenario of the whole industry chain of kitchen waste oil collection, transportation, pretreatment, production and recycling in the region.

  At the production and processing end, Haixinengke uses advanced production technology to process kitchen waste oil into high-quality hydrocarbon-based biodiesel, and then China Petrochemical Beijing Petroleum Branch and China Aviation Oil Co., Ltd. provide B10 diesel blending technical support, blending hydrocarbon-based biodiesel with petrochemical diesel at a ratio of 10% to become B10 diesel, which can be reused in pilot demonstration vehicles.
